How can i get rid of alcohol smell on my breath?

How can i get rid of alcohol smell on my breath?...

1)   Chew gum, or drink coffee. - opiate47

2)   Gargle with TCP, it's hard to get rid of the smell - black snowflake

3)   mouthwash
brush your teeth - ...k'd xD

4)   Try strong mint chewing gum, or strong mints, it wont get it away completely, but it will cover it a little, just try not to breathe on people too much or too close.

Why is rubbing your face to dry it bad?...  I always pat my face dry after washing it and I know its better to pat it. Im just curious to why its better to pat it and not rub it. Does it not take all the oils out or something?

1)   Vitamin C is pretty good for immunity. I would try to get it from food though rather than relying on a supplement though. Supplement is ok, but it works better if the source of it was from food. - ♫♪♫♪ I love music ♪♫♪♫

Suffering with sinusitis?...  I think I have sinusitis. I started off with a sore throat on xmas eve then chesty cough and since last night I have pains in my face and my nose is running like a tap? How much longer till things will improve-if anyone has experienced this. I have a drs apptmnt on Thursday! I've had Sinusitis before but usually very congested where as this time its the opposite?

2)   It sounds more like you have a common cold. Sinusitis doesn't cause a cough or runny nose; it usually causes sinus pressure, stuffy nose, and post-nasal drip. If you have a cold it will probably take about 10 days to run its course. - formerly_bob

3)   As a sufferer of periodic sinusitis, generally if drainage is clear I treat mine with Mucinex and real sudafed not the fake stuff you buy OTC, Also a saline rinse like the neomed is great to loosen and keep things moist.

for the chest congestion a robotussin DM works wonders,

Truthfully sounds like a typical viral cold, but can turn into a sinus infection if you don't treat the symptoms a bit - Groundskeeper Willy

my cat has a flake, scabby condition on his back from center to tail. we have tried antibiotics and prednisone?...

3)   My one cat had it too. It drove me nuts. His fur would get all messy and he shed that stuff all over the place. One day I just cut his fur in that area and started putting vaseline on it for a few days. For some crazy reason it worked. He rarely gets it anymore.It seems to be dry skin. - Sonia
