How to test my high school bathroom for germs?

Question 1
How to test my high school bathroom for germs?...  I want to test various surfaces in my high school restrooms (which are disgusting) for bacteria. I know i will need:
Agar plates
Sterile swabs
and a culture medium

I just don't know how much it will cost and where to get the supplies. If i missed anything or i am wrong please correct me. Thanks.

Constipation: what causes it? sorry if tmI?...  Its embarrasing but i haven't gone normal for a couple of months and i cant seem to find the reason. I actually began excercising and eating a bit better for about the sme time. I was always so normal but now its every other day and with trouble and pain. Sometimes i sit there for 10 minutes for 5 little balls! I have tried metamusil and worked great the 1st time i used it, the other 5 times nothing! I also started putting more fiber in my diet.
Any other suggestions? Thanks.

problems with the colon and rectum

1)   What effective measure can possibly be done for them? It's impossible for that many people. HIV treatment is far too expensive and complex to just spend money on, when they will most likely develop AIDS and die after 5 years anyway. - whiteshell1000

why do i have a hard time breathing *Help*?...  i'm 16 yrs male old weigh 135 pounds height is 5'6 and i have a hard time breathing and sometimes i would get this weezing feeling in my lungs or sorts i would need to cough loudly* in order to be able breath but its like getting shallow in a way each time that happen like it closing on me.idk whats the problem but my friends are saying it asthma or something but i'm not sure is thats a bad thing can anybody give me info cus my friend has asthma and he doesn't go through weezing problems as much as me =/?
