Question 2
High blood pressure signs?...  I'm being watched slowely for high blood pressure because I'm 16. I've cut out sugars and things that will make it higher. The past few days I've had over whelming headaches in the back and front of my head and hurts my eyes. I'm super dizzy and can't stand or sit in one place without not feeling like I'm gonna pass out. Should I make a sooner appointment to go in ? Its not till july.

Answers
1)   I would call the receptionist at your doctors office and explain to her your symptoms Have her ask your doctor if they feel you should be seen sooner, He knows your medical history obviously better then we do and he can make a decision. - taylor g

2)   You can never be too careful especially with high BP. You should set an appointment with your doctor to make that check-up earlier and explain to him all your symptoms. It's okay if it will turn up to be nothing but just headaches but you can never be too sure.

Also, ask him about omega 3 fish oil supplements if you're on any other drug because omega 3s can help lower triglyceride levels to protect your heart from our high BP. You're still very young, you might want to add exercise to your lifestyle change or just brisk walking or jogging. Cardio exercises like that will help a lot.

Good luck!

3)   At your age I highly doubt you have issues with your blood pressure. But it never hurts to go to the doctor. - Jenna do Brasileira

4)   High blood pressure usually causes no symptoms and high blood pressure often is labeled "the silent killer." People who have high blood pressure typically don't know it until their blood pressure is measured.
Sometimes people with markedly elevated blood pressure may develop:
•headache,
•dizziness,
•blurred vision,
•nausea and vomiting, and
•chest pain and shortness of breath.
People often do not seek medical care until they have symptoms arising from the organ damage caused by chronic (ongoing, long-term) high blood pressure. The following types of organ damage are commonly seen in chronic high blood pressure:
•Heart attack
•Heart failure
•Stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)
•Kidney failure
•Eye damage with progressive vision loss
•Peripheral arterial disease causing leg pain with walking (claudication)
•Outpouchings of the aorta, called aneurysms
About 1% of people with high blood pressure do not seek medical care until the high blood pressure is very severe, a condition known as malignant hypertension.
•In malignant hypertension, the diastolic blood pressure (the lower number) often exceeds 140 mm Hg.
•Malignant hypertension may be associated with headache, lightheadedness, nausea, vomiting, and stroke like symptoms
•Malignant hypertension requires emergency intervention and lowering of blood pressure to prevent brain hemorrhage or stroke.
It is of utmost importance to realize that high blood pressure can be unrecognized for years, causing no symptoms but causing progressive damage to the heart, other organs, and blood vessels. - Caiyuan Li

Question 3
What are some easy one-step acne treatments?...  I tried Proactiv, but it wouldn't help, and I also couldn't keep up with the 3 steps, because my days are always full and time is hard to get. So what are some affordable one-step acne treatments that actually work?
Help please!

Answers
1)   This might sound redundant, but get a bar of soap, wet it, and rub it on your face. Don't rinse for atleast 10 minutes. It dries your acne up and most of the time prevents it from reappearing. Worked for me and it was totally by accident. - Oscar Chavarin

2)   While ur friend is driving, open your door as the car is moving at a high speed and lay your face on the road firmly. Itl clean everything right off. Especially the acne - HarviyL

3)   I have been putting honey and crushed, dry oatmeal on my face. Wait about 5-10 minutes and wash off with Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash Cream (cream is less drying than the gel version). Sorry it is actually 2 steps but the honey/dry oatmeal works well and it is cheap. Doing this has allowed me to stop taking tetracycline for my acne.

Some sites say to cook the oatmeal into a mask but this is more work, try this first and then if needed you can cook it. Just google "acne oatmeal, honey mask" and you should find this. - purplebutterfly

I have a couple of red dots on my body and i am a bit scared as to what they are?...  Last year around December I got a bunch of bumps all over my body that were itchy and if I scratched they would "grow" and they would "merge" looking like tiny pancakes? But red all over my back side hands and feet. Some friends wld call em "hives". I Went to the doc got a steroids shot and went away but I don't recall them telling me why I had em. Two weeks ago they came back but for 3 days I put benadryl on them so they would subside and disapear and come back again. They've been gone for about a week now but I've noticed tiny insect-like bits on my sides and ankles/ top of feet and fairly on my legs but they are different, red and small &some with brownlike dots but not exactly brown, and they do not itch, theres not a lot of them, I can count them..... ANY HELP!!?? Please...

Answers
1)   Go back to the doctors and tell them you're really worried about it. - Sam Pearl

2)   It could be bed bugs. Depends on the size of them, but if you've specifically noticed that they look like insect bites, I'd ask your doctor about the possibility of it.

Check this site and you'll probably be able to tell:
