4)   Vitamins won't help, but it is worth a visit to the GP to make sure that the spots are not harmful - i.e. that it is acne, not a rash symptomatic of something else. There are prescription medications that can help with acne. - Simon

5)   buy a 'spot cream' from almost any shop. They get rid of them in a week or so.. :) - Martin

6)   My ex had bad acne, but I soon sorted him out. Buy evening primrose oil. It won't bloody wonders. - The_Household_Gremlin

1)   Paracetamol is fine to take without any food, however ibuprofen is not, although I'd always recommend having something to eat before either of them. - Tilly

4)   taken on an empty stomach, narcotics can make you queasy, anti-inflamatories, (such as anaprox, ibuprofen, etc.) can burn your stomach, but tylenol is ok. Usually, it is ok to take most meds after eating, but occasionally, some meds as less efficacious if taken with food. Your doctor and/or pharmacist can answer that question for you. - jon143143

Why do I have this rash? How Can I get rid of it?...  Every year at the end of autumn, right before winter, I get this horrible itchy rash of little red bumps on my back, its gone in about a week and in the meantime can be hidden be clothing. I went to the doctor once and he said it was acne, but I know that it's not. This year, it's on my back, face neck, ears and scalp. Does anyone know what this is? Why I get it? and How I can make it stop / go away forever? Please Help.
