can anyone get rid of diabetes?

Question 1
can anyone get rid of diabetes?...

Answers
1)   I'm afraid not............managment and control are the only option - Dianne

2)   I don't think,But you can prevent it improving BUT i know THAT ALWAYS there is a way. - K.A

3)   Yes, there is a chance if it is type 2.

I know several close friends that have totally cured themselves of diabetes through diet, exercise, and weight loss surgery.

They say there is no cure on many sites. My definition I'm using is: having normal blood sugar levels, not having to monitor them daily, and being to eat sensibly without worry - Belle

4)   There is not a cure for diabetes. The best you can do is treat it and try to control/manage it. Diet and exercise is required. - I Bent My Wookie

5)   no. pre-diabetes can be managed with diet and exercise and may not turn into diabetes but actual diabetes is non-curable. :( - HQ

6)   sorry not really - spludder

7)   no, not type 1, but most all type ii people can cure it through diet and exercise! - highnlow

8)   You should use avandia, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://mdcan69.notlong.com/5AAgBKf -

9)   Get RID of?? NO. Diabetes has NO CURE. Once you have diabetes you must treat it for the rest of your life.

But diabetes can be PREVENTED by adopting a healthy lifestyle consisting of a proper diet (healthy foods AND limited calories), getting more exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight.

If the patient already HAS diabetes, then most of the symptoms can be eliminated by STRICT control fo the disease (NO sugars, healthy diet, more exercise, and weight loss). With proper, STRICT, control of the lifestyle, diabetes CAN be controlled, and the patient can live a NORMAL lifestyle -- except for eating sugar. - Gary B

10)   Try modified Atkins diet or a Low-GI diet. Both work for me, as both give same results. I lost up to 50 pounds.

Question 2
I have noticed a bump on my penis leaking pus what is it?!?!?...  I had sex before but it was all protected, one night a saw a bump on my penis and I popped it like a zit and puss came out, it's been almost two weeks and it hasn't gone away. Is this just a skin infection or is it serious?

Answers
1)   about it you can get information from here http://mdcan61.notlong.com/6AA67XE -

2)   Certainly, both a pimple and an infection can both occur on the penis, and both produce pus. But the pimple has sterile pus in it, and is not an infection. I would think that a pimple would have healed up by now, since it's been two weeks. In your case, since it has not healed, the safest thing to do is to show the problem to your dermatologist. - zitdr_02

3)   Dermatologist? Why not to your shrink? Consult an urologist, have a swab of the exudate taken, an determine the bacterial or viral cause of the infection. Then start medicating it. - Dr. House

Question 3
How do you get rid of yeast infection bumps?...  especially the older ones

Answers
1)   sandpaper - Matthew

2)   * Yogurt - The bacterium Lactobacillus acidophilus is naturally occurring in yogurt and is also found in healthy vaginas. This bacteria kills yeast by producing hydrogen peroxide. Here are a few ways to use it:
o ONLY use plain, no-sugar-added yogurt and be certain that it contains the live bacterium Lactobacillus acidophilus.
o Apply yogurt to the outside and inside of the vagina.
o Make yogurt popsicles by either freezing it in a tampon applicator or in the fingers of rubber gloves, then insert into the vagina at the first sign of a yeast infection.
o Use a syringe with no needle.
o Apply once or twice a day until one day after the symptoms have subsided.
o You can also use acidophilus tablets found at your local health food supermarket.
* Garlic - Adding garlic to your diet will help kill yeast because it contains a natural anti-fungal substance.
* Cranberries – Eating cranberries will lower the pH of your urine causing a rise in vaginal acidity as it passes through the vagina. The yeast infected areas will be “washed clean”.
o This is a mild remedy and should be used at the first sign of an infection.
o In the case of a more serious infection, this method can be combined with other home remedies.
o Cranberry pills, which can be found at natural food stores, can be taken throughout the duration of a yeast infection as a supplement. - Hoss

Question 4
What is the best way remove acne scars?...  I want fast results

Answers
1)   There are two types of scars. The first type is not really scarring, but rather hyperpigmentation, which causes red marks where old breakouts had been. These fade on their own in about 6 months to a year. Bio Oil can help speed up the process. The other scarring, which is actual icepick, wave, boxcar, etc. surface scars don't go away as easily. The only thing proven to lessen the appearance of these kinds of scars are lasers or microdermabrasion. You can research more on these types of things if that's what kind of scarring you would like to get rid of. Anyway, good luck! If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask me! But, just to say, I'm sure no one will pay attention to your scars. - Robbie
