Itchy Vagina, Burns when I pee, blood?

Question 1
Itchy Vagina, Burns when I pee, blood?...  I'd first like to say I already have and appt scheduled. I'd just like to know what other people think.
I've been with my boyfriend for over a year and we are each others first, he has been checked for stds.. I haven't. however we've never had sex with anyone besides each other so i don't think this is an Std... But my vagina has recently become so itchy, on the labia lips and its sorta red, it burns after i pee when I pull my panties up and ive started my period a week early? not as heavy as normally.. I've missed a few pills so i feel that might have something to do with that... but what could this be a yeast infection? i also tried ky for my first time about a week ago and it started shortly after that.. should i be really concerend about this? the blood is just throwing me off..oh and it hurts during intercourse
we always use a condom..ALWAYS

1)   Sounds like a yeast infection, go to the drug store and get the meds, if it doesn't clear up within 3 days see a doc immediately. - M

2)   I've gotten a yeast infection twice. This could definetely be it. but it could also be a bladdar infection. but it seems like a yeast infection. but go to the doctor, or buy the vagisil screening kit to see if you have a yeast infection, and if you do buy vagisil cream or wipes, i used cream. a yeast infection is usually caused my tight clothing, such as thongs. i used to wear them all the time but not as much anymore, and haven't gotten a yeast infection since 2 years ago. - Kaitlyn Kennedy

3)   Well, just know that guys can cheat. Just because you are faithful does not mean he is. Not saying he is cheating but don't be so sure he didn't. - Brandi

4)   Blood in your urine is very, very serious. You're right by calling your doctor.

The painful urination part sounds like a bad yeast infection - yes you can give it to your boyfriend. Yeast infections can be cleared up with antibiotic pills or various over-the-counter creams. If it's a real full-blown STD, hopefully it's a bacterial infection like gonorrhea or syphilis that can be cleared up with antibiotics. If that is the case, thank your lucky stars and look forward to feeling better within 5 days.

Viral infections on the other hand are not curable and you will be infected and theoretically contagious for a long time if not the rest of your life. This doesn't really sound viral though. But I'm not a doctor. At your appointment she/he will do a quick test, either a blood test or a smear of some sort, and then prescribe you antibiotics if necessary.

Good luck and get well soon! - Leah

Answers
1)   Sounds like an infected ingrown hair. - Tarkarri

2)   It's probably a small infection. Just keep it clean and put some neosporin on it. - Megan

3)   Honey, don't worry! It is just an ingrown hair on your breast. Several women get them! and the hair could be any thickness because hair does grow on breasts and different amounts per person. Since you plucked it etc, it is trying to heal but there might be more hair etc under and so the best thing to do is to apply alcohol to it often and let it heal. DO NOT touch it any more. There is nothing else to worry about. The worse that could happen is that you could get a scar from picking at it :) It has nothing to do with your breasts really, only your skin and hair and that it happens to be there. It is recommended by doctors to never touch hairs on you chest because they will do EXACTLY what they did to you. You have to let them grow out and fall out naturally unfortunately. - Sally
