Swimming With back acne?

Swimming With back acne?...  I have really bad back acne, and I would like to go to the lake for a party. Does anyone know of any way to hide it? It's really embarrassing. Anything besides make -up. Please.

3)   try a tanning bed...a tan can hide blemishes and can help dry them up faster - Jaimy

4)   RASH VEST! THATS WHAT I DO! - Fred

5)   Wear a T-shirt over your bathing suit and say you are shy about your body. - Coolbeanie27

6)   You could always get a tankini (basically a bikini but the top covers most of your stomach and is usually a halter) that goes up higher (which i see alot of) - so some of your back will still be showing but mostly the high part of it. There is no bathing suit that hides your back completely, but i think a tankini would be your best bet!
I would also suggest washing your back with soap every time you are in your shower. When you're just standing there, brush your hair out of the way so the water is directly hitting your back not your hair - this way the oils and other stuff will get washed away faster.
There are also Clearsil Ultra Acne Pads - they are used on the face but many people use them for back acne. I suggest those. They are very affective.
And lastly, don't pick at back acne! This makes it worse, red and irritated. And rest assured, you are not the only one with this problem. The best way to resolve it is to not be self-concious and forget about it. If you dont notice it and bring attention to it, other people won't either. - rebeccakost
