Answers
1)   in the anus - filthyfish_17

2)   no you just spray you don't have in helale of breath in the spray is fine enough to get up without doiung that - Stephen

3)   first you blow your nose hard, then you plug one side of nose, and insert spray in the other and breathe in and spray into nose, then repeat on other side. and then you gurgle water and spit into a sink to make sure the spray that went in your nose doesnt get swallowed and down in stoumach or you could feel ill for awhile. - Elrick

4)   Just suck up when you squirt it out. It will go up and clear your nose out. =D - Justin

5)   Read the directions. I've learned they're not all the same. Some require you yo plug one nostril and breathe in, some require you to tip your head back, and some tell you to just spray.

In short, they're all different, so just go by what the directions say. - toyouxwithlove

6)   use EXACTLY as instructed. return to your pharmacist or doctor for teaching. NEVER leave the doctor's office with fully understanding your diagnosis & treatment in the future. - eloquent

7)   To correctly use a nasal spray:

Remove any mucus in the nasal passages by blowing your nose.
Shake the bottle of nose spray and the remove cap.
Tilt your head down (look towards the floor).
Hold the spray bottle in the palm of one hand and place the tip of the nozzle in the opposite nostril. (The nozzle will then point to the outer part of the nostril.)
As you spray the medication, sniff gently as if smelling food or a flower. Snorting the spray can cause the medication to go into the throat.
Repeat sprays as needed until the prescribed amount is delivered into each nostril. - Zeny

Answers
1)   It is pivotal to eat well to remain in good health. Colon cleanse is an awesome suplement that keeps you in good health and also has the bonus of helping you to lose a pile of weight. There is a free trial going on at the moment at http://palirs.newexercise.info , try it out, what have you got to lose? - Frances

2)   Blood pressure is given as two numbers: systolic and diastolic.

Systolic blood pressure is the pressure in your vasculature at the instant when your heart beats. Diastolic is "resting" blood pressure in the moment when your heart doesn't beat.

A "normal" blood pressure value is given as 120/80 mm Hg. This can fluctuate depending on emotional state, fatigue, anxiety, or illness. If you're worried about blood pressure, it is a very easy thing to check with either a doctor or even at home with a modern electronic blood pressure cuffs. - cluekoo

3)   systolic is the top number and diastolic is the bottom number. if you're blood pressure is consistantly
over 140/90 , you should see a doctor. check your BP in the morning and afternoon. if the
readings are high, see a doctor. unchecked high blood pressure can lead to stroke and/or cardiovascular disease - sal1970

4)   These machines are notorious for giving inaccurate blood pressure readings. And, if you were not sitting quietly for at least 10 minutes before letting the machine take your blood pressure, this number means nothing because it was not an "at rest" blood pressure reading. You could have a mild virus of some sort and dramatically increasing your daily water intake will help with the dizziness. What you should do is find someone with a real blood pressure cuff (such as the school nurse), sit quietly for at least 10 minutes and then have her take your blood pressure. You need to do this at the same time for a couple of weeks. If your blood pressure then is running high, it would be time to talk with your doctor about diet, weight loss and exercise to get your blood pressure back down. - J B

Question 3
why is I have 2 cigarettes first time in a long time and my asthma starts my breathing feels weird now?...  I feel like hhhhhhhhh like I am huffing for air
I do care about my health, however my nerves were on edge and I needed a thing to calm me down

Answers
1)   because smoking is bad for you! - Tweek

2)   cigarette smoke is ittitant asthma = reactive airways astmatic smokers = idiots who don't care about their health - Stephen

3)   after quitting smoking your lungs are becoming more used to a healthier life stile. the second that smoke goes inside there they dont know what to do so your brain thinks you are drowning, an makes it harder for you to breathe but then gradually notices that you are not drowning and stops making it harder for you to breath. This happens to habitual smokers that try to quit and go back. - Stephan

4)   Your lungs are trying to tell you something and you need to listen. It does NOT want any smoke in there. No asthmatic person should ever smoke if they want to breathe normally. Smoke is an irritant to your airways and that is also what asthma is (inflammation of airways) so you are making your condition worse. - J B

Question 5
i stepped on a rusty thumbtack but it didn't bleed and you can barely see the wound.?...  my mom says i don't need one but do i need one?i haven't had my tetanus shot yet im 14 years old.

Answers
1)   Clean it with rubbing alcohol to be safe, but you should be ok. - cluekoo

2)   If you have not had a tetanus booster in the last 5 years, then you need a new one. Tetanus immunizations are good for 10 years without any injuries. Once you have a dirty wound (such as rusty thumbtack), then the time frame goes from 10 years down to 5. You have 48 hours from the time of the injury to get this booster. Tell your mother her information is wrong and you need a booster tomorrow if it has been more than 5 years since your last one. And, clean the area daily with soap and water and watch for signs of infection. Wounds that do not bleed have a higher risk of infection than those that do not. - J B

3)   You had your first tetanus shots when you were an infant. Most kids don't know this because it comes in a vaccine with other viral protections you need when you're young. Your mom should have told you though so you wouldn't be all freaked out right now. You would need a booster normally after 10 years if you broke the skin open and the thumbtack penetrated the foot. The sharp part of the thumbtack really isn't large enough for the virus to get into the bloodstream. Please relax, and just clean the wound with some antibacterial soap. Then keep it covered for a day or two. Good luck and God Bless - namairb2
