Not sleeping well, is it dangerous?

Not sleeping well, is it dangerous?...  Everytime I try to fall asleep i'm woken up by something or kept awake by something... I sleep 20-30 minutes and yet i feel refreshed... This has happend to me in the last 48 hrs...I just can;t fall asleep for very long... I have "napped" twice. What could be the consequences?

1)   you will probably become really tired at some point and when you do finally get some good sleep you will probably sleep for like 24 hrs.. happens to me all the time.. i wouldnt call it "dangerous" but... its not good on your body.. u need 6-8 hrs of sleep each night.... i take it you are still young,... u will not be able to do that when you get older and go on about your day like nothing happend... if you havent noticed.. alot of older ppl be needin their sleep lol - Tha InFLu3nCe*

2)   First you need to look at your sleeping pattern. If you are taking to many naps during the day, than you might be keeping yourself from sleeping at night. If that is not your problem, one problem could be your iron. you need to speak to your doctor. They will ask you questions to narrow down to what the problems might be. - Kourtney M

3)   you would probably just crash. but the source of this could be from stress in your life. just try and relax. try and remove worries and stresses from your life.

or try reverse psychology and actually try staying awake. its harder than it seems. you could also do something boring like watch c-span or something, or read a very boring book - Jessica

5)   Well, it could be bad as you wont go into REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement) and you wont be well rested and wont function well during the day.

Certainly its bad but, it may become a constant problem as you can get used to it. What you can do is take sleeping pills to make yourself used to the sleeping hours.

What probably happened is that you possibly did an all-nighter and or you drank excessive energy drinks and you lost your typical hours you would normally sleep - Just asking

Question 2
How to remove weird brown pimple like things?...  they arent moles i am not really going outside which causes that i get these weird brown like things on my body and there has come a lot and i want to remove them... How do i do it? I will go outside more often but that wont be enough i think
My mom's doctor told me that i get it because i am only outside when i have to do stuff at school... But i can't remember what it was called...
And they arent warts they're small and kinda seems like they are natural and like a little pimple or something i can feel them but they arent moles nor warts thats for sure... >.<

3)   You need to see a dermatologist, we can't tell what they are by that description. Some things looks like warts or moles but actually may be caused by a virus and if you just cut them off you are going to spread them all over. My daughter had molescum contagiosum and she had to get medical treatment for them. Had one on her leg and spread them by shaving her legs, and we believe that she caught them at the public pool bumping her leg or something. - Patti

Are there any deadly diseases transmitted by mosquitos in Houston?...  I just want to know if there are any diseases that have been reported to be mosquito born in the Houston area. I just want to be informed.

Why do girls bleed while haing sex?...  I'm 13, and I am a little to scared to have sex, because I'm not really sure why the girl bleeds when your having sex with them. Does this mean that they are hurt? or does it mean we are going to rough? I'm still a virgin so I wanna know before we actually do it.
