Help! Im a 19 year old girl, and am sick of having wrinkled hands, With pictures?

Question 1
Help! Im a 19 year old girl, and am sick of having wrinkled hands, With pictures?...  Why are they like this? They look like the hands of an old woman... Id had eczema but its gone now, but my hands are still very wrinkled. I used moisturizer every time I wash my hands and I don't wash dishes or anything else that would make them like this? Please don't be nasty, I know they're horrid...
What could I do to make the wrinkles go or even just look less noticeable?

1)   Ughhh im sorry but they look like 50 year old hands lol. Try putting lotion on or hand therapy lotion. Something that will help your hands. Or talk to your doctor maybe he could help you out and give you advice.

Hope i helped - Preddi Boi Swag

2)   They're honestly not that bad. Everyone has wrinkles on the joints of their fingers to a degree. Compare them with your friends and you will see. If you really don't like them, avoid straightening your fingers in public and keep them bent so the joint fills the loose skin. - DustyBox

3)   My hands look like yours. I have eczema too, but it comes and goes. I find that if I use triamcinolone acetonide ointment USP, 0.5%, my wrinkles fade a bit each day. You're supposed to use it twice a day, but it's okay if you only use it a night, only the results show slower. It sucks, though, because I JUST got a new prescription from a new doctor (she's very nice, by the way. ^-^), and she gave me a prescription for the 0.2% version, which doesn't work as well. :F Ask your doctor about it. - Someone

4)   They look OK to me, but then I'm a man & what do I know. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to have your nails longer and painted. - thinpinblue

5)   A couple of things to consider here. First of all, you still are showing signs of hand eczema, which tends to become worse as you get into your late teens/early twenties. So, actually, you're right on time for that. The treatment for that would be to avoid those items which would strip your hand oils (soaps/detergents/solvents), use a hand lotion frequently, and occasionally use a fluorinated corticosteroid ointment that your doctor can prescribe for you. In addition, your nail plates are showing possibly some liver or kidney dysfunction, so you might want to get a blood test to make sure that those organs are working properly. - zitdr_02

3)   Whatever it is, that part of it isn't caused by herpes. Possibly a yeast infection or a thrush infection. It could also be an allergic reaction to the particular herpes meds they put you on. - Karma

Question 3
Could this be cancer? Please answer... I am really nervous about this.?...  Could this be nose cancer? I am really nervous and I need some true opinions, please.

About 8 months ago I had something like an endless flu and after an X-ray my doctor told me I had something resembling a tumour inside of my nose and I had to go back to see the doctors in April to see what that really was. I didn't come, I was just so busy that I forgot about that. But lately, my nose has been causing me too much inconvinience... I have a runny nose all the time, sometimes my nose bleeds or aches without any apparent reason, I often have fits of giddiness and I just can't walk for any long without feeling terribly exhausted. This is all getting a bit too worrying. Do you think it might be cancer? If so, are there any chances of surviving? I am really worried. :(
Well, thank you guys but... I only want to know if that all could be symptoms of cancer. I don't want to hear obvious things...

1)   um, sorry but this is a question you need to be asking your doctor. - Sidney

2)   You may need to consult to a doctor about that - Ralph N

3)   i HOPE its not cancer. god bless you. but you should really be asking this to the doctor. please go there. - crazykiaray23

4)   Ok first of all, take a deep breath and calm yourself. Stress only makes things worse. Now you should have gone to the doctors back in April but the past is the past and you can't change that so lets focus on the now. It's important that you make an appointment with your doctor ASAP so that you can get it checked out.It could be nothing, but it's always better safe than sorry. If it is cancer, then you chances of surviving go down with the progression of each stage. However, worrying and stressing will only make things worse. Stay calm and go call your doctor to set up an appointment. He can answer your questions. Wish you the best! <3

Answers
1)   Yes it can be - Jan Luv

2)   Any surgery done under general anesthesia can potentially be fatal. But with the technology available, a triple bypass with type-2 diabetes still has a good chance of being successful. How can I put this - if your dad's BMI is lower than 24, the chances of success are a lot higher than if it is above 30. - The Bapcha Man

3)   Any surgery can be fatal. it depends on the doctor. But a triple bypass adds some more risk. For example, you could have a stroke during surgery. Just make sure you go to a good surgeon and hopefully everything will work out. - E
