It stays in your system for 6 months so be careful you can't life heavy things or work yourself too hard cause you can explode something in you I don't remember exactly what lol but you can die from it.
Then it's in your system for the rest of your life you can never get it again but you are a carrier and you can pass it on to people. - girl_

could my girlfriend have a herpes cold sore..?...  okay, soo i'm 15, iv'e only kissed to girl's, and my girlfriend right now we have been making out alot, and she said she has a painful bump on her lip, there's no color to it, could it be a cold sore,? or a pimple?..it was just a swollen part on her lip that she said hurt on the inside too. its just one bump, it kinda looks like one of those pimples u get on ur face..its on the border line of he lip, and skin
it doesnt really look like anythingg.. just a little swollen part of her lip

3)   hmmm. sounds like a cold sore. unless she's seriously prone to acne around that area... and everyone knows that cold sores are a form of herpes too, so you shouldnt kiss her until it goes away.. so once you get cold sores, you'll always get cold sores... just resist until it clears up. lol - Jenn

Take a look at the cold sore symptoms section. Was it itchy before it formed a lump? And the rest of tyhe symptoms you may have to wait a few days to see (like is it forming multiple blisters...then do those burst and form a crust?).

Problems breathing????????...  Ok so i run short of breath swimming or running, cant breath in saunas well cant hold my breath for long or be under a blanket cuz its a closed space and i have problems breathing. ??help??

3)   There is a chance that you may have asthma if this is happening around certain things i would say it is allergies. But the shortness of breathe would usually indicate asthma it is strange that your having trouble breathing in saunas steam usually help with breathing. Because some asthma is triggered by heat you should probably check with your doctor. Try holding your breathe for 10 seconds then let it out and take a big deep breathe in. If it hurts you throat or chest i would recommend a check up with your physician they have a breathing machine at doctors offices that helps with this - Kristie C

Rash of red dots on thighs (don't itch) *PICTURE*!?...  Alright, so starting at the beginning of this summer, I began to get these small red dots on the tops of my thighs every so often. They'd go away and come back again later, or the next day.

It's been like that almost all summer, and I feel like its progressively gotten worse, to the point where its spread to my knee caps and a few dots on my calves, and more of them on my thighs.

I don't know why I have them and they don't itch or anything! I don't even know they're there until I look at my legs and see that they're back.

Someone please help me?!

** I googled Keratosis Pilaris and the spots on my legs are way to big and spread out all over for it to be that. I looked at pictures

1)   I believe you have Keratosis Pilaris. All it is, is dry skin that builds up.. there is no cure for it but what you can do is exfoliate your skin and use good lotion. - Joby
