Question 2
Is it possible for someone's pulse to be 147?...  I took a home blood pressure test using a machine and it showed that my pulse was 147 is this possible is it accurate? my blood pressure is 136.76 but my secondary pulse showed 147 is this dangerous????

2)   The normal pulse rate for a healthy adult is 60-80bpm. The pulse of an infant at birth is 130-160bpm. Maybe it read it wrong. - Lavinya

3)   if tha'ts accurate, yes it's dangerous! Retake it and get some help if it's the same - kari t

4)   Well I'd personally recommend to check again - it could have been a mistake the first time. Does it feel like that it's beating that fast to you?

Did you do any sort of exercise before you used the machine?

Now if you're dead sure that you're pulse is this high or so...- I think you may be going through SVT

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supraventricular_tachycardia

Now for this you can call the ambulance if you like, or just go straight to the hospital yourself. What they should do either way is hook you up to an ECG and read your heart rate and then figure out how much adenosine to give you to calm your heart down. Don't worry about it. Just take deep breaths. If you honestly don't feel like you want to go to the hospital some techniques are to pretend to throw up. - but imho go to the hospital. Have someone drive for you just to be safe.

Honestly don't worry - yours is not that much of a serious case. Please just breathe deeply, slowly and just stay strong. Heck when I first had this - my heart rate - 265. Yours just hits the mark for SVT.

Best of luck and wish you well. - shadowpal2

Question 4
I want to moisturize but I have acne?...  I'm 18 and STILL struggling with some acne. I want to start moisturizing because if you start early it helps fight wrinkles in years to come.
It seems like whenever I moisturize my face with anything (even oil-free) i just get more pimples.
Help?

Answers
1)   Cheat. Moisturize from the inside.

Drink more water - your skin will automatically get more moisture and look healthier. And you won't get MORE pimples... and there's even some evidence that more water can help cut down the amount of oil on the skin!! - Malruhn

2)   Yes, you can definitely still moisturize. I too had acne for years and I was afraid to moisturize because I didn't want to exascerbate the pimples.

There are a lot of good moisture creams geared specifically towards oily or sensitive skin. You may have a combination of both. In that case, look for one that says non comedeogenic (will not cause acne), sensitive skin, and oil free. A good cream for you would be lightweight and fragrance free.

Best of luck. - Jessica

Question 3
Gas, bloated stomach, abdominal pains/cramps and chills, what is it?...  I came back from Africa three weeks ago, I took all necessary precautions; anti-cholera drink, avoiding ice-cubes in drinks/salads, neutralizing all of our water before drinking it etc... After eating out at restaurants (but still being safe) for the last three days I felt ill when we flew home, had diarrhea every 5-10 minutes on the flight. A couple of other people (there were 20 of us) felt ill as well.

When I got back, the diarrhea got a little better but I still had urgency to go to the toilet 3-4 times a day, found it hard to go out without knowing where the nearest toilet was. After a few days I tried to change my diet a bit, I found eating less fat, no caffeine and high fibre seemed to help but the problem didn't completely go. I was still sometimes having diarrhea, and sometimes passing "normal"-looking stools.

After a week I saw the doctor and had a stool sample taken, but he hasn't gotten back to me, which i assume means that there was no infection from Traveler's Diarrhea or something similar.

At various points I got chills and felt nauseated but I was never sick and never had a temperature (which makes me think it's not food poisoning). I've thought I've had IBS for a few years now, so I settled on the idea that maybe something had just irritated it and my IBS was making it worse so it was taking a long time to get back to normal, but I avoided my normal "problem" foods (caffeine and nuts). From week 1 - week 2 the urgency to go to the loo/abdominal cramps would be eased by passing gas.

Now it is week three, and I have noticed that my stomach bloats up throughout the day, without necessarily relating to when I've eaten/the size of my meal. I have noticed that a lot of fat seems to make the situation worse (I pass a not fully-formed stool every day at the moment) but I was advised by my doctor to eat as normal, in order to let my system get used to my foods again. (The rest of the people on my trip are all now completely fine by the way, so it's just me. Which makes me think it wasn't the food/hygeine there)

I don't know if this relates to my menstrual cycle or not, but I've also noticed that when I prod the right hand side of my abdomen, it feels very tender and hurts a little. Is this just because I've been reading up about appendicitis?

It's not unbearably painful when I get the urgency to pass gas, but it is very annoying beause it means I feel uncomfortable when I go out somewhere and there are few seats/toilets near. Plus I'm going back to school in four days, and it is going to be reaaally embarrassing...

Does anyone have any ideas?

Question 4
I'm 21, am I having a heart attack?...  Hi.
21 white male here.
I'm curious if I may or may not be experiencing heart problems.
I'm obese, but of fairly reasonable health, especially in the past six months, which has included a very heart conscious diet.
Anyhow I woke up this morning to work out, and downed a Muscle Milk (Chocolate Malt) and had part of an apple before I went to the gym.
On the bus ride over I start to notice a feeling in the left side of my chest. It's right about where the ribcage ends, There wasn't any consistency or persistance to the pain, just every now and again a twinge, which gave me some anxiety. I took a breather and got back onto the eliptical. I kept my heart rate right around 145-147 which is a fairly moderate workout. Anyhow, it persisted for about an hour and a half and has gone away now entierely. The pain wasn't as severe as described by many stories, nor was there any neck or arm pain related to it. I also did some upper body exercises yesterday.
So, is it likely that I'm sore, having indigestion from this new protein drink, or should I go into an E.R.?

Answers
1)   Indigestion. Happens all the time. - inthesticks

2)   it's not a heart attack. a good sign of a heart attack is your left arm will hurt. Sounds like you aren't breathing correctly. Try switching it up. Also, instead of just cardio, try lifting some weights (will help you keep burning calories even if you are sleeping!) - birdbeach19

3)   Luckily for you it was probably a gas pocket. Listen up! Next time you "think" you are having a heart attack. CALL 911, chew and swallow an aspirin. Do not get on Yahoo and ask the general public. By the time I finish this, if you were having a heart attack, you probably would be dead ! If you want to save yourself considerable expense. Go to a doctor at next available appointment and get checked out and approved for the exercise program you are on. - lkschmidheini

My chemo is etoposide and ifosfamide and I got told it can make your toes go numb but they're not numb because I feel pins and needles!

Answers
1)   Poor Blood Circulation. Exercise, and if that doesn't help, seek medical help. - Jaime

2)   Im not a heme/onc specialist but certain chemo agents can cause peripheral neuropathy which is damage to nerves. This can cause the sensation of "pins and needles." Ask your oncologist if you can take gabapentin or a tricyclic antidepressant (this doesn't mean you are depressed) both of which can help peripheral neuropathy. - the ape man

Ifosfamide can result in a loss of red blood cell density as well as dehydration. Your oncologist should already be monitoring your red blood cell count while you are on this medication and you should drink more water as loss of blood volume due to dehydration can increase the instance of circulatory difficulties. - in the China Shop

HIV? I NEED HELP! SUICIDE!?

Question 1
HIV? I NEED HELP! SUICIDE!?...  im so scared, i think i have hiv.

i dont think i can handle finding out that i have hiv, i think i would comitt suicide

i had unprotected sex 3.5 weeks ago

now im having stomach pain, my neck is stiff on the left side, my joints are aching, and i have had a headache for more thenn 3 days... these are hiv symptoms and im just so lost i dont know what to do

i took a test and it came back negative, but i was told it maybe a false negative because i took the test too soon so basically i have to spend the next 3 months in fear wondering if i am infected or not

my life is over, i feel i have it because if i didnt i wouldnt feel this way. i am also sluggish and tired. im tired of stressing myself out about this, i just want to know if i have it or not and I think I do because if I didn't I WOULDN'T FEEL THIS WAY.

My stranger partner said he was hiv negative but i dont believe him anymore because if he was negative i wouldn't feel this way.

People keep telling em these are anxiety stress symptoms but i streessed before and never felt this way.

Im a paranoid worrier naturally and i need to know what i have now, if i continue to stress myself like this ill committ suicide!

Answers
1)   i doubt that aids would make you that sick that quick. You may have the flu. I know you have to be worried and if it comes back that you don't have aids pleas protect yourself from now on and you won't be going through this. - akvdr

2)   well all this stressing you are doing CANNOT be good for you in the first place, its best that you try to calm down and stop stressing over someting you dont even know is true. stop being so emotional and asses the situation as logically as you can... btw if you stopped stressing so much maybe some of your ailments would go away because even though you said that you are a natural worrier you probably never had something this big to worry about! - Andrew Wagner

3)   calm down honey, and dont worry too much! If you think it might be go and get a test to see for sure. but until then be calm and hope for the best. <3 - leila

4)   NO NO NO NOOO don't do sucide IT DON'T NOOT HELP AT ALL
you probably should have been a more careful next time, here's a bit of advice
think before you do it.

and go to a hospital
good luck. - ZeroX

5)   HIV usually does not have effects like the ones you mentioned - stress does though.
Incorrect testsfor HIV are a rarity, but they can happen.
Stress can have many symptoms, sometimes none at all.
HIV itself is actually more of a nuisance than anything (and yes, I'm HIV+, have been for 25 years), OK safe sex is a must, but that's a given anyway.
You need to trust people a bit more, if someone says they're negative, then that's what you should believe. Not everyone is trustworthy, but don't cut them down before finding out the truth.
Have another test in 3-6 months time. Sometimes HIV takes a while to become apparent in a blood test. - Dean Scapolo

6)   First of all, those are not symptoms of HIV. Those are symptoms of a flu, or possibly stress, anxiety, and poor sleep position.

Next, HIV is not a death sentence the way it used to be. Nowadays, you can take ONE OR TWO pills per day, and probably live a normal life for the rest of your life. HIV does not always lead to AIDS the way that it did in the past. You would have to be careful not to spread it, but you should be using protection anyway.

If your 'paranoid worry' is causing you to have suicidal thoughts and paralyzing fears, it has moved into the realm of pathology. You need to be treated for anxiety by your doctor, and possibly start therapy. It sounds like you have an anxiety disorder, and it might be exacerbated by the fact that you may not be totally comfortable with your sexuality. If you were, you would have been more comfortable insisting on protected sex with your partner. (I could be wrong of course. Just reading between the lines.) In any case, anti-anxiety medication will help you start feeling a little more in control, and may also subdue the suicidal feelings.

Bottom line: There is nothing wrong with you that is so bad that you need to commit suicide to fix it. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. If any part of you wants to live, you need to get some help.

Good luck. - pastanaut

7)   HIV is a relatively slow-acting disease. If you had unprotected sex 3.5 weeks ago and were previously uninfected, you wouldn't be showing any real symptoms yet if you had been infected.

So the symptoms you list are most likely not caused by HIV infection. However, what you list are certainly signs of increased stress. If you are overly concerned about HIV infection, you are probably causing all of the problems yourself due to the tension.

One word: relax. There is no need to worry about something without a reason to worry. Yes, they are anxiety stress symptoms, but you have never felt this way before because you are worried about the possibility of having a disease that could potentially end your life, and that is the ultimate in fear. However, you took a test and it came back negative, so relax.

If you feel the test was wrong in some way, have a doctor or a clinic test you. It will most likely come back negative as well.

As far as the suicidal thoughts go, stop. You are only stressing yourself out more by only considering the negative thoughts when the opposite is much more probable. Again, relax. - rayven

I think I have pink eye. Where did I get it?...  I understand that one can get it from allergies as well as exposure to a certain kind of bacteria. I am suffering from increased seasonal allergies (worse than I've ever had) and was exposed to contaminated hot tub water after somebody had defecated in it. Could those have contributed?

Answers
1)   You got bacteria in your eye, thats all. Get some eyedrops from the doctor. - Krugo da masta

2)   pink eye is not from allergies, its from getting fecal matter in your eye. and yes you got it from the hot tub. the water generally isnt hot enough to kill bacteria. average 102-105 it needs to boil at 212 - bully on speed

3)   Well, seeing as how I wasn't stalking you all day, I have no idea. - thelau

She should consider herself lucky that she was still able to get pregnant if the damage was that bad. Women can become infertile from chlamydia if left untreated for too long. Rash of red dots on thighs (don't itch) *PICTURE*!?...  Alright, so starting at the beginning of this summer, I began to get these small red dots on the tops of my thighs every so often. They'd go away and come back again later, or the next day.

Question 1
Is their any cure for this ?...  I have been drinking diet sodas like crazy for almost 10 years. Im not fat . Anyways when i try to quit because in boot they don't let you have them , i get violently ill . When i try to cut myself down to 3 a day instead of 24 i always end up craving a drink . I know alot of you will laugh at this but its the truth and i want to know if anyone has ever had these issues. This is not a joke .

3)   If by "boot", you mean boot camp then say so. Why are we expected to know what this means? Do you know what blood return is?

Stop cold turkey and go through whatever you have to. You're not the first to have this problem.

4)   Soda is osteporosis in a can. And aspartame (diet soda contains this artificial sweetner) is a neurotoxin - kills brain cells. ay carumba~! lol Your bones and brain will love boot camp :) Dr Hull, who almost died from aspartame poisoning, makes this comment for dealing with aspartame addiction>>>

"I suggest quitting cold-turkey. If the aspartame has had that strong of an effect on your body, then you need to stop ASAP. I would advise anyone ingesting arsenic or any "poisonous" substance to stop it immediately.

They key to recovering from an "addiction" is to take some time off work, even if a few days, to rest, sleep, and "hit the wall" with anger or frustration if that arises. If withdrawal symptoms occur, the body needs a little time and rest.

Detox using my aspartame detox program recommendations, begin drinking water again and eating whole foods, take good supplements to replace the nutrients a chemical diet robs from your body, get outside into the fresh air and sunshine, and by all means use no sugar or just natural sugar and try NuStevia by NuNaturals.

You will begin feeling better within 72 hours; sleeping better; lose weight; have more energy; a higher libido; a happier attitude. Aspartame and the diet sweeteners are a scary proposition - they DO harm in many, many ways; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Time to soul search and get back on track!

7)   I think you may be experiencing a caffeine withdrawal possibly, but you're not providing enough info. Another possible source of your craving is thirst, not sure what you mean by craving exactly, or violently ill (are you vomiting?) I would also have someone test your blood sugar (glucose) levels - you may have type 2 diabetes and experiencing a ketone reaction.

Also, I went through boot, and there are plenty of other reasons you are getting ill. :) - Doug S

Question 2
How can I stop being so annoyed by little noises?...  I noticed sometime during my high school years that I was starting to get really annoyed by noises such as sniffling, coughing, gum smacking/popping, pen clicking, and snoring. Even watching someones jaw move while they chew gum really annoys me. All of these things (except for snoring) are very common in the classroom so it's getting hard for me to concentrate on the teacher. I've tried earplugs, but then I can't hear the teacher or I get distracted by hearing my own breathing and I can't use them to sleep because I have to wake up to an alarm. (I'm in college now and I have a roommate who snores) Is there some sort of prescription medicine for this?

2)   ear plugs - Gloria

3)   Start listening to AC/DC at full volume. After a few hours of that it'll take the edge of the other stuff. - Zarrafakt

Plus, there's lots of other benefits to learning meditation.

This will REALLY help you in school, trust me.

BTW earmuffs, plugs, etc. actually make the problem worse, because they tend to isolate the annoying sound more. - Doug S

5)   earmuffs are best for your snoring roommate if ya dont hav these then put a giant cork into his mouth - Christopher Jeorge

6)   I still think the earplugs are the answer, but at night, have them plugged into your cell to wake you or your ipod set to wake you. In the class room sit near the front of the room not the back and put an earplug in one ear. You are hypersensitive to noise, some people are hypersensitive to light, touch, taste....it's more prevalent than you may realize....try loose wads of cotton, thus you can still hear the instructor but may be able to filter out some of the background noise.
all my best. - prosey

Question 3
Why was he recommended for a biopsy?...  My dad (55, no family history, healthy, normal weight, no previous problems) had the PSA and DRE tests, and the doctor said nothing about the PSA test to him.
Does this mean its normal?

Also, the DRE test proved there to be a small bump on the surface of a regular feeling prostate. The physician referred my dad to a urologist, who said the same thing. The Urologist said there was a very small chance for there to be prostate cancer (He jokingly said something along the lines of 0.1%, which was an exaggeration obviously, and he didn't seem worried at all), but he said my dad should be safe and have the biopsy.
So of course my dad did that, and hes waiting on the results.
Do you think this is prostate cancer? And with prostate cancer and today's medicine, would you expect him to survive (if he has it, God forbid) to 75+ (basically i mean would be live an average life span).

Thanks y'all, and neither of us are worried.

Answers
1)   Why would you think .1% was an obvious exaggeration? He's saying it's almost 100% sure it's nothing to be concerned about, but better safe than sorry. If caught early, prostate cancer is very treatable. - april

2)   As biopsy report is awaited,it is better to wait for final diagnosis.
As Urosurgeon said chances are very less, believe him.
He recommended Bx,as precautionary approach, which is admirable.
I also think it will not be Ca. prostate, but suppose it turns out against all odds, then radical prostactetomy will be advised and Your Dad will have good quality average life span if and only if procedure is done by Experienced URO ONCO SURGEON. - MOHAN

I swallowed mosquito eggs!!!?

Question 1
I swallowed mosquito eggs!!!?...  I am soo freaked out and disgusted! I left a glass of water at my bed side for about a week. I took a drink out of it not too long ago, last weekend maybe. I thought I saw tiny little things moving, like a microscopic thread from clothing. I thought I was just tired and I ignored it. Tonight, I saw a mosquito flying around in my room. I googled what a mosquito egg looks like, and they look like the things in my glass! I didn't think they could randomly breed in a glass of water! What do I do?

Answers

2)   There's a good chance that your stomach acid will kill the larvae. But if you really feel you have to, you can always cause yourself to vomit to empty out your stomach - Bizzy

3)   Chances are your stomach acids have already dissolved them, I wouldn't worry about it. But mosquitos do lay eggs in standing water, try and remove glasses when you're done with them.

A month later I began to have head pain and till now I continue to have them. earlier this week it seemed like they were going away but today they came back and pretty strong. I took ibuprofen and it worked but I'm still concerned. What can it be??

Question 5
My hands are always really cold?...  Hey so I am 16 and I have really cold hands lol. I don't know why they are like this, it doesn't matter if its hot out or if I am wearing mittens, my hands are always just cold. I have been told this by lots of people when I shake their hands and I startle people sometimes too, which is not good. And I have been hanging out with this really great guy recently and he likes to hold hands, but my hands are always so cold I feel bad haha. He is nice about it and will "try to warm them up for me" but its annoying. Also my feet are always really cold too, just like my hands. Any ideas as to why they would be like this? Thanks a bunch :)

3)   I'm the same way!! It's a pest I feel your pain. I think it has something to do with blood flow. Traditionally smaller people tend to have cold appendages (like me). I weigh 126 pounds so the parts of me that operate with more energy, i.e. my center body, will use more energy because they weigh more. And the parts of me that weigh least, i.e. my hands and feet, use less energy therefore get less blood circulation.

That's may theory on it anyways. Makes enough sense right? - Riis

Question 2
Why are cancer patients so positive and happy?...  I'm definitely not saying that's a bad thing - that's amazingly wonderful. I'm curious how they get so upbeat and positive. When my aunt was dying of pancreatic cancer - the worst on the list where she was young and healthy and engaged to get married then overnight was told she had a month or two to live, she became very upbeat, never showed any signs of unhappiness, never saw her cry. I wanted to be there to console her but never had the opportunity because she was so happy it confused me. My close friend went through chemo and radiation for lymphoma that returned. He was so upbeat he was the one consoling me and made me feel like I was over-reacting just for showing concern and was bugged by any signs of showing sadness. It seemed almost fake how indifferent and nonchalant he was when he's the type who gets worked up if there's a tiny stain on his clothes or his coffee doesn't taste perfect. My grandmother was the same way when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer, never once showed she was upset when I had a desire to want to console and be there, it felt like they were all depriving me sharing their true feelings unless they really were happy about dying, I'm just so confused.

What has inspired this question is I was watching the local news last night and they had a panel of cancer patients and they were giddy-happy. One lady came to the set straight from a chemo treatment and looked horrible and therefore I'm thinking must have physically felt terrible, she had worst stage ovarian cancer yet she looked like she had just won the lotto. I was craving for some emotion, to show that she is human, but she was happier than a chearleader so it seemed artificial. What are cancer patients so happy about and does the medication block any real emotions so they are like happy zombies or something?

Answers
1)   They have to be. They want to be. They don't want to lose the fight. So they stay happy for mental strength. - Farjan

2)   They are probably trying to not upset people around them, or covering up their emotions

Why do you want them to be sad all the time? - purple_panther321

3)   Because when this might be your last day to live, you don't have time to be upset. You're sick, but you appreciate being alive. I know what you're talking about, my friend Iliana was the same way, even the last time I talked to her before she passed on, when she was in the hospital again, she was still just so bright and happy and sweet to talk to. She was always that way. I miss her a lot. I remember when her bone marrow tests came back and the doctors told her she could go back to school and everything. Unfortunately she fell ill again a few months later, but she was so happy to hear that she could just go to school. - [ ★ .Strawberry Cough ]

4)   The first answerer is right you do it for strength and so that your illness and fears don't start to become everyone around yous fears.I head to clinic this tuesday to find out if I have it.My sister has been supporting me on the phone she's just had treatment and is now cancer free.I am scared witless it is a bad time but why make it worse by stressing and crying when smiling feels good and a happy mood allows the endorphins from the brain out which have feel good factors and healing qualities too. With a less stressful head you can see ways through with a stressful up tight mind and body your body has a harder time because its trying to combat that and combat the cancer.Laughing gets you through if you do want to rant you go to like minded people in cancer forums who know what it's like and will let you do so without it bringing family down.It can help them too to know others feel as scared as they do. - Wendy

I feel 100% fine, and I am thinking I WILL not consume anything red. If it comes out again red then should I be concerned? Should I be now? I am sort of scared.

It will come negative.
And do not stop eating red nutrients for this false scare.
They are good for health.

4)   I think that red isn;t bad its black you have to worry about - purple_panther321

5)   Hi Dave,

I hope Becky and her uncle are doing well. I can’t tell from your description if you have blood in your stool or not, but given the fact that Becky had breast cancer and assuming you are about the same age, you may be due for a colonoscopy whether you have symptoms or not. I know it is not a pleasant thought, but colon cancer is so easily treated when found early often a colonoscopy is all that is needed. GI doctors used to think if you had no polyps at all at 50 years old the odds of getting colon cancer the rest of your life were slim to none. They have since raised that age, but it is still a good indication that it is a cancer you do not need to have much of a concern over. While you’re at it get a baseline PSA too. Your family needs you to be healthy and you do not need any more worries. Best wishes. - Denisedds

Now that I quit im starting to realise how much is has changed me. Im not the charismatic, happy person I was and im just plain lazy and I feel like im not thinking right sometimes, basically its made me paranoid and I do not make smart decisions. 4)   I'm pretty sure they are living, why else would they have their own kingdom. - Brian

5)   Good question. I automatically assumed they were "alive". However, the answer is not so clear. They are a considered a mix between living and nonliving organisms. is bloody stool normal?...  It's not a lot of blood, like the water in the toilet isn't red or anything, but for the past few times that I've went to the bathroom I've been seeing normal colored red blood on the toilet paper? I don't think it's hemorroids, 'cause it doesn't hurt or anything, and I don't really think it's anything too serious because I'm still only a kid - I've only just turned 15, but should I see a doctor? s: this is kind of embarrassing.

you do not have the symptoms of colon cancer. 15 year olds do not get colon cancer unless they have a defective gene. if no one in your family had early colon cancer, then i would say NO CANCER

no endoscope. have your mother with you during the exam. the doctor should tell you everything that he needs to do. it is a little unpleasant, but not the end of the world. take it from me when i was your age, i had a medical problem and i was examined alot down there. you'll do fine. - dlp

Question 4
Do I have an STD of some sort?...  Sometimes in the shower I shave, eh, down there, and not usually with shaving cream because soap works pretty well. However I think it's someone else's razor and after I shave I get a few bumps and it's red for a little bit, but I think that's from my skin not being used to the tugging of the razor. Recently my semen has also been kinda watery, but I heard that's also from ejaculating too much. What are the chances I have an STD of any kind?

Answers
1)   You can't if you're not sexually active... - ಠ_ಠ

Get your own razor and don't share a personal hygiene item like that! As for the semen, sometimes the constitution will change depending on your diet, the last time of ejaculation, etc. Also, have you had unprotected sex? Make sure to stay safe and use a condom. - Variant7

3)   Most of the bodily fluids would have been washed away by the soap and water. You most likely have ingrown hairs or irritation bumps from a dull razor. you do need to be careful when sharing personal items with others. Buy a shower caddy to keep your stuff organized. - Nurse Kate (RN/BSN)
