Breast cancer fair or not?

Question 1
Breast cancer fair or not?...  We have a breast cancer screening program for those uninsured....unfortunately we can screen them but cannot provide treatment for them. So we can tell you have breast cancer, but we have not treatment options for you.... fair or not? Thoughts!

Answers
1)   not fair - missy347

2)   Nothing in life is fair. - Susan

3)   Do you offer prostate cancer screenings for the uninsured? Prostate cancer is the MOST COMMON form of cancer. Is this fair or not?

Best wishes and good luck.

p.s. who would you suggest should pay for all of this very expensive (and rarely successful) medical care?

What about all of the people who need food? housing? transportation? clothing? utilities paid? Shouldn't everything in life be "free"? But, then, how would that work? - Doctor J

4)   You should use nolvadex, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://webmd23.notlong.com/AAvXGI1 - Ebony

5)   At least they know and that is a big part of surviving cancer as for finding the funds to get treatment that is a sad situation we face as Americans. The most powerful country in the world allows it's citizens DIE because they cannot afford health care.

We can spend untold trillions of dollars on secret projects, bribing countries, and taking over governments but we cannot pay for treatment of diseases like heart disease or cancer.

Those in politics have insurance that is why they don't care if we do or not. I know how expensive it is to treat breast cancer because my wife had it. Our expenses totaled over $400,000 and it is growing. If I did not have company insurance my wife would be DEAD by now. Sure, I would have spent my last penny trying to save her life and probably would have sold my soul, but I am lucky I did not have to because the company I work for provides me with insurance.

So, knowing is better than not knowing but then you worry about how to pay for treatment. The only way I see it is to break the law and go to prison, they probably would have to pay for it then. That is what it has come to....pretty pathetic. - Dave

6)   extremely unfair, due to the fact that there are going to make cancer patients more depressed, there's lots of things that we could do for the cancer patients... please check the website below, hopefully you will be inspired because i already used the product for once of my relative and it works... - carlson

Question 3
why is there black in my mucus?...  I have never smoked in my life. i constantly feel like i have mucus in the back of my throat. this has been going on for a couple months now...but i have just recently started noticing the black. its not dots of black...its long strings. I dont have a cold but do have cysts on my ovaries, i dont know if its relevant though. What could it be??

Answers
1)   do you really want to know whats in your snot? - Ty

2)   Mucus acts as a filter for stuff you breathe in, it could be from charcoal, exhaust, smoke ect. - False Liar

3)   campfire, second hand smoke maybe? - ToriElena

4)   I'm no doctor, but I don't think ovaries have anything to do with mucus. You don't have a job near anything that produces smoke, machine dust or smog do you? I used to work at a factory and my mucus had black mixed in it from the machines I worked around. If not I suggest you see a doctor as you may have an infection somewhere in your respiratory system or specifically your nasal passages or lungs. - Alex

5)   most likely dried blood. If you're really concerned, see a doctor. If you're not picking, snorting or smoking anything, dehydration is the most likely culprit. Double your water intake and if you still see black in your snot. See a doctor. - huston3

Question 4
Is there any HOME treatment for pimples in a fast way?...  Yes, I KNOW people had asked this questions for many times. But still, I couldn't find the right answer to my skin problems.

First of all, I need to know if there's any HOME TREATMENT that can help me to solve my skin problems.

The current problem of my skin face is...:-

-it pimpled in groups
-the scars is getting red
-it sorta oily but not really that oily

I've tried few of home treatments suggested like, dapping honey to my skin = FAILED.So, I need a VERY EFFECTIVE way, just ONE or maybe few that are REALLY effective for my skin.

And, I don't have money currently. So, I WON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS out there. That's why I'm asking for a home treatment.

Please help me... :( I'm really desperate to get done with all this problem....
It's so embarassing when I had to go out from my home.I'd rather stay all day long at home, but of course I can't.So...please :( .

I don't even mind if your home treatment is weird of anything as long as its work.

Thanks <:)

1)   dab toothpaste on it leave it on overnight it will be better in the morning - sassygrrll7

2)   Okay, I'm not quite sure if this works, but I've heard of it.... You put steaming hot water in a bowl, then put your head over it with a towel over your head to keep the steam in. The steam supposedly opens your pores, so stay like that for about 10-15 minutes, but not too long. Afterward, you can use a face scrub, wash, or just plain soap if you want, to clean out your pores, then splash cold water, or rub an ice cube on your face, to close your pores again to prevent dirt from getting trapped. Again, I don't guarantee that it'll work, but it's a thought! ^_^ Hope it does help. - Madison

3)   ok. i use this stuff called "Benzoyl Peroxide" it is a cream, and will help with in a day.u can get it at ur local pharmacy.and it is not expensive at all. - paige

Question 5
is there any chances of surviving if you have stage 4 cancer?...

Answers
1)   yes there is a chance, theres always a chance, keep believing mate. - cricketfan

2)   yes if you get surgery fast. don't worry, it is usually curable. good luck! - Howard

3)   Yes there is. It varies greatly depending on the type of cancer. For example, it's much more likely that one will survive stage 4 lung cancer, over stage 4 pancreatic cancer. My grandpa had stage 4 lung and tongue cancer about 15 years ago when he was 70, and he ended up living until 85 and the doctors said he died of old age, not from his cancer. The cancer was almost gone by the time he was 80. It depends on how peoples bodies react to chemo/radiation and other treatments. But yes, it is possible. Never give up hope! - LilChick86
