What's wrong with my skin? And how should I treat it?

Question 1
What's wrong with my skin? And how should I treat it?...  Day 1: I wake up around 6am scartching my left boob.
Day 2: My boob keeps itching so I scartch & think nothing of it
Day 3: My boob has gotten worse and spreaded all around my left boob. Looks like a rash.
Day 4: Not only is my left boob all broken out and rashy looking but its spreaded all the way to my side and even down my stomach a little
Day 5: I wake up with with rashes and itching on my hip (where my panty linear is), shoulders, back, and right leg (Oh and my left boob and side is still bad)
Night 5: I decided to go home and get my mom to look at it and she puts rubbing alcohol, pink calamine lotion, and I take 3 benadryls.
Day 6: I wake up and my rashes on my leg, hip, boob, side, and back are all going down (as in not as red & broken out) BUT all over legs and arms are broken out but they dont itch. Also I wake up & take 3 benadryls.
Night 6: Im running 101.3 fever and still broken out everywhere & I take 2 benadryls
Day 7: I wake up no fever and still broken out. I go see the nurse and she gives me a shot and claratin medicine. She also told me to take an oatmeal bath. Also during the day at random for just a few seconds my back feels like its being stung by like 10 wasps.
Night 7: I go home and take a hot oatmeal bath for about 15 minutes. Doesn't help at all. Still put alcohol and calamine lotion
Day 8: I wake up still broken out everywhere. Itching on my back, hips, and now feet. The rash has gone away from my boob & back. Though my back isn't stinging anymore
Night 8: I take 2 benadryls and still putting alcholol and calamine lotion. & itching cream.

Questions: What's wrong with me? I think it's hives & how do I make my breaking out rashes that itch GO AWAY?!?!?

1)   Try drinking a good quality aloe vera gel, start with 10ml a day and increase slowly and drink plenty of water, you can also use aloe vera topically to help to soothe it on the skin. - j4jo26

3)   if its hives. it could be the detergent that you're using.
did you recently change it? it could be from that.
also, bleach possibly..
or maybe something you are eating differently?

im sure its different sort of but im allergic to penicillin and i took it when i was little and broke out in hives all over my body.. not sure if food will have the same reaction..

but those are possible things if it is hives.

you should probably go to a real doctor and get it checked out just incase its something else. - Angelkins

4)   well if its hives, it could be something you ate or been around a certain animal. Think about anything that might have triggered it as in something you dont normally eat or do. Question 2
Will tea tree oil help my acne?...  i washed my face and put moisturizer on first, and then i put the natural tea tree oil on. Tell me if it will help and please list more ways that could help my acne overall. I have combination skin.

Question 3
Red infection filled bump on leg.?...  Lets start from the beginning, haha.

2 months ago - extremely disgusting and badly infected toe.
1 1/4 month ago - pimple like bump on the front of my leg that got filled with infection, my mom squeezed it and a bit of stuff came out
3 days later from that incident I got another pimple like thing on the back of my leg. This time this one got extremely huge. It was half the size of my thigh in the back. It hurt so bad. I went to the doctors and he said it was absessed and squeezed it. Yeah, i could of punched him.
Anyway, he got the "seed" out of it and said it'd go away and he prescribed me antibiotics and pain killers. he said it wasnt in my blood stream so the connection to the other spots weren't related. he didnt run any tests or anything. he just looked at it and squeezed it and that was it. he didnt even lookat the other ones on me.

anyways. they cleared up, obviously i still have a gross mark on my leg now from the three of them. but NOW i have another one on the bottom part of my leg.
it hurts extremely bad.
its hot.
its huge and filled with infection.
every time i squeeze it, pus/infection comes out and then followed by blood then more infection.

the doctor said the last ones were from a small cut that had gotten infected.
now come on.. you are going to tell me that has nothing to do with my toe being infected and then having three spots on my legs and thats all from a cut? i dont think so. i didnt have a cut on my leg.
and now its coming back where i know there was no cut.

i spent $115 to basically be put in pain, which i could have done at my house myself if i knew thats all he was going to do.. was squeeze it.

any idea what it could possibly be?
thats what my mom was telling me that she thinks it was before.

im definitely going to another doctor next week since they couldnt get me in this week.
