4)   2% milk contains lactose and most of the bacteria are killed in pasteurization (all but 2-3%) and those bacteria are what animals use to digest lactose. Lactobacillus bacteria break down the lactose. Cows fed GRAIN like all the commercial dairy cows today are SICK and die 1/4 of their life expectancy as a result. The milk from those cows contains lots of lactose and no way to break down the milk, so you get the booby prize.

When butterfat is removed from the milk (like 2% milk), it turns BLUE IN COLOR. So they add Titanium Dioxide (white oil paint) to the milk to fool you by turning it white. Then they add milk solids to fool your tongue into thinking that it's really milk. The pasteurization destroys the quality of the casein (protein in milk) and the fats and calcium so by the time you get the milk, it's garbage and loaded with goodies that cause allergic reactions in your body.

Lactose intolerance is really not about lactose, but it's about how they remove the bacteria that can digest it in your body. RAW MILK from grass fed cows contains lots of lactobacillus bacteria that break down the lactose and you won't be "intolerant." It's all about PROFIT and not about your health. Dairy guys are not interested in your health, if they were, they would not be making milk the way they do for bigger profits.

1)   It's caused by a virus and it's pretty benign. Just keep her comfortable with tylenol, not aspirin, and it will go away. Is she caught up on her vaccines? It's really dangerous for pregnant women, everyone else is fine. Keep her away from anyone pregnant, and get her caught up on vaccines. - cw

3)   The German Measles are caused by a virus. Unfortunatly antibiotics can only cure bacterial problems so there is nothing they can for her. The virus will just run its course.
