2)   Anyone who says to change your diet is a fool, because there's no proof that the food you intake has a result on your acne.

Just make sure to wash your skin very often to help remove the oils that have collected in the pores. If you already do that, but still notice pimples appearing, try doing it more often. Proactiv makes a good cleaning scrub, so buy that if you don't already have it. - Gospel

4)   You should wash your face every 4-6 hours and use proactive at the same time as before. - Cesar R

9)   i dont know if your interested but i used to get acne. not much but enough to anoy me. Then i went on a no carb diet and no sugar and apart from losing 20kilo's i also lost my acne. my younger sister has bad acne and we both tried pro active and it was no good. our skin on our face actually peeled. it was terrible. nad the redness was embarasing. i know that every now and then my younger sister actully dabs metholated spirits on her problem area's and that instantly dries it up and clears it up. - Jessyka

10)   Vitamins/supplements work well. You can take fish oil supplements, a multivitamin, etc. What really helped me was taking vitamin A once a week. After about three weeks I saw a big improvement. You shouldn't take vitamin A in high doses too frequently because I believe it can mess up your liver or something, I'm not sure about that part, just don't do it. But, I'm pretty sure that you can take the fish oil (omega 3) like every day. Good stuff! And it's not expensive.Try it! - kabba_ray

Question 2
how do i avoid breaking a condom?...

Answers
1)   Don't use oil based lubricant since it can weaken and dissolve the latex, and make sure there's minimal friction.

Also, make sure you buy condoms of a suitable size. - Gospel

2)   you could double it but then there will be more friction - Ben D

3)   pinch the tip and roll down to avoid bubble - sesame buns

4)   Make sure to leave room at the tip so it doesn't break. Make sure to unroll it properly and right side out. - Inner Senses

5)   don't use one. haha jk jk, don't have sex. If you seriously are asking this question you are not mature enought to be involved in sexual activity - canflywhenhi

6)   Hey there,

First of all, you need to be able to put the condom on correctly:

1. Open the condom wrapper carefully, keeping in mind condoms can be torn by fingernails and sharp objects such as jewelry, zips and buckles. Only put on condom after there is a partial or full erection and before there is any contact between the penis and your partner's body.

2. Air trapped inside a condom can cause it to break. Squeeze the tip of the condom with your fingertips to leave some extra space in the tip, and put on condom, rolling the entire condom down to the base of the penis, still pinching the top. Be sure that the roll is on the outside.

3. You're good to go. Make sure the condom stays in place during sex; if it rolls up, roll it back into place immediately. If the condom comes off, withdraw the penis and put on a new condom.

4. Soon after ejaculation - or when you're done having sex - withdraw the penis while it is still erect, making sure to hold the condom firmly in place. Remove the condom only once the penis is fully withdrawn.

Make sure that there is enough lubrication while engaging in sexual intercourse, and also be mindful to use water based lubrication as oil-based lubrication can also cause the condom to break. - Jean

7)   Using two condoms at once will INCREASE your risk of breakage, you moron.
Use condoms that are new and stored in a cool, frictionless place (no pockets, warm places or wallets). - Tiktaalik

5)   of course -meet with your specialist to determine what tests are required. - jennalu

If they know that they are looking for cancer, they tend to monitor with the xray. The difference in size and time would not likely be treated any differently. - Orion

can you develop blisters after having dry sex?...  My husband is in the Navy and has been tested for Herpes and others STDs and I haven't been with anyone else other than him but just one night after having sex I developed just one blister. And I was wondering since it can't be herpes is there another explanation?

Meh, guys can carry HPV, then pass it along to their partners. Meaning, slept with some slapper and got given HPV, he carries he traces, passed it along to you, causing cervix cancer. And being that guys don't have cancer, Anal, some prostate cancers, penis and testicle is all possible..

Although, this is highly unlikely, considering I didn't think STI's came about so quick.

Probably nothing, go get it looked at. Could be tinea. Anything could be anything.

get it checked outtttttt

all the best - Matthew

5)   Taken from Wikipedia...

"A blister is a small pocket of fluid within the upper layers of the skin, typically caused by forceful rubbing (friction)."

This appears to be what you have described. Unless there is more to the story, that answers it! - Michael
