5)   Oily/combo skin should be using a salicylic regimen while normal skin types can use a AHA/glycolic. Daily treatment with the appropriate acid will help control and prevent further eruptions and keeping your skin in optimal health will improve recovery time. Hyaluronic treatments serums deliver hydration, nutrients, and work well with the acids to control acne.

Question 2
groin pain ..what could this mean?...  Recently I've noticed that i had some pain in my right groin, it's a kind of dull gnawing pain and it seemed to happen in the evening but today i woke up with it. The day i started feeling the pain there was tension in my lower back and upper right leg. Also i have noticed bladder changes . I asked my mom and she thinks it's because i have been tumbling lately ( cartwheels, walkovers, back hand springs) but I"m not to sure. I've had this pain for about 4 days now and I'm quite worried. Also,I'm fully matured 15 year old female, perfectly healthy, i don't drink or smoke, i never have. Perfect weight. I have no allergies, or eating disorders except that for the past 5 months i started to be a vegetarian, but have been care full to take in plenty of protein but lately for a few weeks, with it being the end of school, i haven't been eating to healthy ( i have been busy with school work and sport tryouts) ..so please, any comments answers, suggestions, advice, or opinions, i would appreciate

Question 3
Could this be an STD?...  Recently, I've had oral sex with a guy and noticed some red spots on his inner thigh. I asked him about them and he said he didn't know what had caused them. Now, I have a couple of similar spots on my inner thigh. They're red but do not itch. Could this be an STD? Or is it more likely a fungal infection of some type? I don't have any other symptoms.
To the question, did I have sex with him? I had oral sex with him only. And kissing. No anal but some rimming.

Question 4
Can You Get STD's from Dancing?...  Like "freaky" dancing? I mean, I was wearing jeans, heels, & a top (my boobs weren't out, nothing was exposed) but I was dancing a little freaky w/ a few guys at a club last night. They didn't touch my "nether regions" but we brushed arms sometimes, held hands. That isn't cause for an STD right. There was no kissing/nudity/sexual contact other than bumping & grinding w/ our clothes on...
EDIT: So I won't be "exposed" to any virus/disease if I held their hand/brushed my arm against theirs
EDIT: so sweat doesn't count?

4)   These little red bumps are most likely keratosis pilaris. This is a harmless skin condition that tends to occur during the winter time or when your skin gets dry and dehydrated. For the arms I think the easiest way to keep it under control would be to use a glycolic cleanser and a daily exfoliant (a glycolic daily exfoliant or a microdermabrasion scrub.) The bumps are probably too stubborn for a regular body scrub. Follow this with a body moisturizer containing sunscreen to seal in your moisture barrier and you should have smooth arms in no time.

The glycolic cleanser that Natural skin shop sells is gentle enough to use every day and leaves you feeling so clean, but not dry or tight. Here is the website www.naturalskinshop.com - Meaghan
