my boyfriend is itching down there?

my boyfriend is itching down there?...  like near his private parts its all dried skin and he scratches atlot..and now like lilttle balls are showin up and he's in so much pain..can someone tell me what it is..its not an STD..i think its cuz he works outside all day for his jobb..and the dry skin is irratating..do ya'll think its ezcema? what should i buy OTC..

3)   Most likely it is not an STD. The symptoms don't really add up. Couple pieces of advise. #1 he needs to change what he wears. He needs to wear boxers not briefs. Second he needs to shower more. It's not that he is dirty it just some men are susceptible to dry skin. It is always concerning when it's "down their" . Lastly some moisturizer which can be made into a fun game of sorts. Oh and one more thing, as soon as you both stop worrying about an STD you may find that lower stress levels will cause this to go away soon. 3)   you fill up a hot water bottle with hot water or hot coffee or beer and attach it to a hose then stick it in your anus.
