how do you get rid of pimples help !!!!!!!?

Question 1
how do you get rid of pimples help !!!!!!!?...

Answers
1)   St. Ives apricot facial scrub.
use it 3 times a day, it works. - dwave

2)   good lord you just opened a gaping hole of hell that will spew homemade remedies, and all sorts of comments -
apply Sycylic acid wait 2 mins then Benzyol Peroxide - Pal

3)   One of the best things you can do to get rid of pimples is to not pick at them. No matter how annoying they can get, just let them be. Use a little cover up if they look ugly. Trust me, scratching at them can only make them worse.

Next, find a good face wash that works for what you need. Talk to a Dermatologist (Skin doctor) to see what you should buy.

My pimples/acne go away by their own, but my sister has really bad pimples/acne, so she has to take antibiotics for it. - Ellie

4)   Wash your pillowcases at least once a week because the buildup of dust mites and bacteria occur. Also, try to use a gentle facewash (i use Neutrogena Grapefruit) about twice a day. Don't scrub your skin too hard, pat gently with a towel once done, and try to use Clean and Clear Spot treatment on your acne. These things contain salicylic acid which is great for combating acne. If these don't work, try and see a Dermatologist, (i know it sounds cliche) but they have amazing things that work within weeks and get rid of the problem for years. It's totally worth it. - Zee

5)   Have you heard of MARY KAY? its a make up company. there's this acne treatment, & i use it & helped me hardcore!! no joke! but u should ALWAYS wash ur face w a cleanser & after it use a moisturizer. it will prevent break outs (which MARY KAY has also) - Ely

6)   first of all, consider this. are your pimples severe? if they are, DON'T get afraid or hesitate to go to a dermatologist. it's your face, remember that. second, i suggest to NOT use astringents cos it MAY only worsen the condition of your pimples. what you just need to do, is use facial wash. i suggest ponds whether you're a boy or a girl, ponds is the best. just wash your face with it, every morning, noon, and before you sleep. remember, only 3 TIMES. more than that would imbalance the production of oil on your face, which means your face would just become oilier. wash wash and wash.. you would get result in a week. be patient!!! remember dont use astringent or wash frequently because of your desperation..just 3 times! do that for a month, and if you still dont like the results---->DERMA. okay? - iamhuman!!!!andmynameisjepri

7)   Manuka honey will get your face in order in no time. Acne is caused by bacteria on your face and the manuka honey will kill the bacteria and then help the skin heal. It also penetrates the skin to get to the infections quickly. - John

8)   Keeping your face clean is a good one. Like I use use a facial cleaner every time I take a shower. Also your probably thinking I need to buy something to get rid of it. It's not necessarily that. It's sometimes the things you eat if you eat a lot of junk food your more likely to get pimples if you take your vitamins and eat a little healthier you will be surprised they will go away. I HOPE THIS HELPED! =D - MileyCyrusLover

9)   This will probably sound crazy--due to the big misconception about treating acne--but certain oils make for AWESOME cleansers/toners/lotions etc. I just started using Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cleanse not long ago and hazelnut oil to tone, and my skin is looking much better. Also I've used coconut oil to cleanse moisturize before and that's super awesome too But there are MANY different oils to choose from and some are better suited for certain skin types For example, some oils can actually be a bit too drying for people with really dry skin, so it's good to just start researching it. Cleansing with salt water is fantastic as well! Have you ever spent a few days playing at the each and notcied how great your skin looks?

here's what some people do

1. Stream Face. Put a towel over your head and lean over a plugged sink or bowl of hot water. (I don't bother with leaning over hot water i just get my face wet with it to open my pores)
2. Massage a small amount of oil --like i said i use the extra virgin olive oil ("evoo")-- gently into your face. Spend a few minutes rubbing into your cheeks, nose, forehead, neck, and chin, allowing the oils to penetrate into the skin and pull out wastes, bacteria, dead cells and other dirt.
3. Wring out a facecloth or washcloth in hot water, and drape it over your face to steam - it's just like giving yourself a mini facial!
4. After a minute or so, wipe away the oil, along with any dirt, using the washcloth. Your skin will feel clean, soft, and moist. (I don't mind leaving a bit of the evoo on my face though)
5. Then I tone my face with hazelnut oil as needed.

Question 5
In a nutshell, how does HIV turn into AIDS?...  I'm sure this question gets asked all the time, but I'm having trouble finding a short and simple answer without a lot of jargon that I don't understand. Is my understanding correct that what happens is, basically, a person infected with HIV gets sick with a cold or something, which allows HIV to become AIDS while the immune system is weak?
So, in other words, HIV inevitably becomes AIDS in about 5-10 years no matter what unless you take medication. Is that right? Why are HIV+ people so afraid of germs then?

4)   When HIV damages the immune system enough, you have AIDS.

These days medication is making many people never even progess to AIDS. But if left untreated, most people progress is 6-10 years. - iceman

5)   the development of HIV to Aids depends on the host's immune response and the Type of HIV the person has contracted.
For some people it takes a shorter period (about 5 years)
and others about ten years.

In addition if one has contracted HIV 1 which progresses to Aids faster time frame may between 7 months to 5 months to 5 years and if it is HIV 2 then 7-10 years but the most important thing is the host's response.

Without ARV medication the time frame varies and again it depend son type of virus contracted and the host's response. - Kissing Raindrops
