1)   go to a dermatologist - sweetlilbrat26

2)   It would be better to check with a doctor - HALLAYNT

3)   1) Apply coconut oil (pure coconut oil from the grocery store) multiple times a day (it is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, and very healing for skin); 2) Spray your skin with Avene thermal water at least once/day (get it at drugstore.com); 3) Take Omega 3,6,9 supplements; and 4) Avoid anything with fragrances, chemicals, as described below (I now use Weleda Almond moisturizer); 5) Take exceptional care of your immune system - remove allergens from your home, get plenty of sunshine and vitamin D, get sleep, control stress, eat foods that help your immune functioning. Eczema is a systemic problem that rears its head when your body is not balanced. I hope you feel better soon. - Zarsa

4)   Use an ointment (ointment has more of a vaseline-texture, as opposed to a creamy texture) containing cortisone (like Mylocort), available at any pharmacy. I also get eczema behind my knee when I'm stressed. If it itches, don't scratch it, which will make it worse; rather apply something cool to the rash, like a bag of frozen peas.
The ointment will start working immediately and your rash will probably be gone in a couple of days, as you've said it's mild. However, if it's contact dermatitis (skin allergies caused by something you're in constant contact with) then you're likely to continue getting the rash unless you avoid touching whatever's irritating your skin. - Nox

5)   So sorry to hear about that.

You will not be sure it is eczema unless you see a doctor. To me, it sounds more like heat rash. Eczema typically is itchy.

If it is heat rash, use power and stay out of humidity. NO CREAMS...that will make the area sweatier.

If it is eczema you need a prescription.

Good Luck! - Shortz45

6)   get it checked out by your doctor and they'll probs give you a cream to put on it
th cream i was given clears mine up in 2 days - Cait

Question 2
please help me with my acne :(?...  im 22 and I am on the verge of tears right now! I hate my complexion and am beginning to become very depressed about it! I know I'm a very pretty girl but my complexion is HORRIBLE and i've been to see my gp n who prescribed lots of different forms of topical and oral medications for my acne and it just won't go away! As a result I have tons of little pock mark scars and inflamed spots all over my face and on my forehead that can't just be covered up with foundation! I can't even bare to leave the house without makeup on and thats when i can even bare to leave the house as i lock myself away i cant even bare to go out to the park with my kids i feel that bad and thats not fair on them either I'm even getting to the point that I don't want my live-in boyfriend of 4 years to see me without makeup on! i dont see friends anymore im always cancelling seeing people because of my break outs even weddings and things !!! when my partners friends come over i hide in the bedroom ... this isnt a life anymore PLEASE HELP
I TRIED PRO ACTIVE FOR 3 MONTHS AND IT DIDNT DO A THING FOR ME

Answers
1)   ive always had alot of luck with pro active... like i know they used to advertise alot but stuff does work..
hope this helped..
best regards - bmw153

2)   My HS boyfriend had acne really bad and his cleared up with Proactiv. I'm not sure if it works for everyone. You can get a trial from a vending machine in the mall here for $20. I've heard of dermatologists using ultra-violet lights to treat acne. You should ask your doc about it and I think the treatments are also available at spas.
Something else you might want to try is all natural makeup, like Bare Escentuals, Bare Minerals. I know there are some less expensive versions in drug stores and dept stores if money is a factor. - BlackSunshine84

3)   One major thing you need to do is STOP wearing tons of makeup.
When my acne got really bad I quit wearing foundation and powder.
They clog your pores no matter what commercials say.
Stop eating junk food.
Another thing I did was stop drinking pop and anything real sugary.
Water is all I drink and it does wonders.
Wash your face with just a daily face wash everyday or maybe even twice.
And if your going to wear makeup remember to remove it before you go to bed EVERY night.
hope this helps. - Hannah

4)   You should use accutane, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://husa33.notlong.com/6AA68qi - Raeann

3)   I went to my dermatologist and she gave me two creams one Differin for the night and one duac for the day. They weren`t nice to use 1. because they stung abit 2. because they peel (but they`re supposed to!) but I did see a small difference by the end of the week, I saw quite a lot of difference after and month and after two I was almost clear skinned :) However yes when I did stop using them the spots came back.
