Question 2
What is the best position to sleep in to avoid snoring ?...

Answers
1)   When you sleep flat on your back, your airways are more likely to be narrowed, increasing the risk of snoring in some people. By sleeping on your side, or by having your head and shoulders slightly tilted upwards, you're less likely to snore. Some orthopedic pillows may help by making sleeping on your side more comfortable. - Gyasi

2)   on the side - Sed

3)   On your stomach - which for some people can be difficult to do. Next, I would sleep on my side. Sleeping on your back can bring out snoring for those who do not snore in any of the other positions. If you do snore when you sleep on your side or on your stomach, chances are the snoring will be much louder on your back. - bluenote

Question 3
Treatment for Scalp Psoriasis?...  Hi,
I have been suffering from scalp psoriasis for about 7 years now. I'm 16. My doctor has prescribed me a Betamethasone Dipropionate & Salicylic acid lotion and a Flucocinolone Acetonide shampoo for seborrhoeic dermatitis condition. The problem is that the scales seem to disappear as soon as i medicate my scalp with the mentioned. The scalp appears reddish in color when the scales are off. But these scales reappear after a few days. Is there any permanent cure for my condition? Something like that which I can apply on my scalp after the scales are off, that can stop the scales from reappearing? Please help. Any help would be really appreciated.
