How to get rid of MUCUS in THROAT?

Question 1
How to get rid of MUCUS in THROAT?...  Lately, I've been spitting mucus from my throat. It's like I can't BLOW it out of my nose at all. I need to REALLY FORCE the muscles in my throat to spit it OUT. Could be related to "chronic tonsillitis?" Is this a condition where I will have to see the doctor? It's NASTY, and it has a really BAD TASTE!

4)   Hi! I'm Sarah!

This is something that really works for me:

Drink a teaspoon of honey!

here is another remedy:

First, use the phlegm/mucus medicine when appropriate. You could find phlegm/mucus medicine at your nearest drug store. This will loosen the phlegm/mucus in your throat.

Step 2

Next, fill a cup with warm water then add four pinches of salt and one pinch of baking soda to the cup of warm water. Stir salt and warm water with a spoon. Take the cup of salt/baking soda water to the rest room and gargle the salt/baking soda water until it's all gone. In between gargles try and cough up phlegm/mucus.

Step 3

Finally, during bedtime put Vicks vapor rub on your chest. You will need a small trash can next to you at bedtime. As you are sleeping you will be awakened by the urge to get rid of the phlegm/mucus. The trash can will help if it's at your bedside this will eliminate the trips to the restroom so you could get some rest.

Hope I helped!

Question 2
Face moles/freckles- freak out or no?...  In the last 3 months I have had 9 small freckle looking moles appear on my right cheek. Has anyone else had anything similar? Should I be concerned? I have very fair, sensitive skin and live in Florida but I am not a fan of the sun and avoid it. I plan on seeing a dermatologist but I'd like to know if anyone has had this happen to them and if anyone knows the cause and possibly the treatment/prevention of this.

btw- there are none of these freckle mole things on any other part of my face.

Thank you for any help!
