Atkins diet question 10pts best answer!?...  Do the Atkins bars count as your daily allowance of splenda for the day? If so how many packs do they count as? Also I am in induction stage can I stay in this stage for more than 2 weeks like for months? Thanks.

2)   its gonna count as 1 pack, you shouldn't stay on induction more than 2 weeks, if that isn't long enough you can always do it again in 30 to 60 days - gratefully_bj

short of breath cant breath.... am i dying?...  Ok this has been happening for the past i dont know when. I get short of breath and it feels like only one of my lungs are working and its very hard to breath. many times i am having to gasp for air and then it hurts my inside, i do this for like hours and it goes away like the next 3hrs. now i dont have a doctor mainly because i dont have insurance and i am currently unemployed with no money or sources of income. I had to take out a loan which i cant pay back just for the rent for this month next month i dont know how i am going to make it. anyway. I sometimes feel like i am going to die because of how i feel and how much i gasp for air. plz if you have any information plz leave it. NO IDIOTIC ANSWER PLZ

2)   i would go to some sort of immediate care center in your area. it is cheaper than the emergency room. sounds like you may have pneumonia or something. possibly asthma or bronchitis. i would definitely have it checked out. - pisceslissa

Should I get my ears pierced? (3rd time, the others got infected)?...  the first time I pierced was at a doctor's..
yeah the gun got suck in my ear and things go bad anyways,
i DO have a full earlobe

a few years later I pierced it again (titanium i think) and it got infected, I tried my best to not let it close.. but it closed, it bled a lot and it was just disgusting.

Should I get it pierced again? My ears are often like.. I dunno. There are white/clear stuff coming out (is it blood?) and it hurts like where my ear "attaches" to my face.

Is it cuz im allergic to gold? or what? what's the reason? do u think I shud pierce again?

Why is my face so dry and what can I do to fix it..?...  The only cream i use is a retinoid called Differin at night. I wake up in the morning and a few patches of skin look like they are pealing/really dry. I get in the shower and even without washing my hair (soap getting on my face) I get out of the shower and 10 minutes later my face is extremely dry. I've done this without putting even shower gel on, just get in the shower, get my whole body wet and get out. Face still dry. I use a moisturizer buts its not good enough i guess. I have to put it on two or three times a day. It started out just around my eyes the dryness and now its all over my face. I heard about rubbing olive oil on my face but i havent tried it yet. I am living in austria so I dont know good brand names here really.

1)   i had that last year.. it usually occurs with me in the winter..
you should drink alot of water and keep a good diet for your face complextion.. try using oatmeal(cols) on your face.. i know it sounds disgusting..
but it really wokrs..
try different mousterizing creams on the face (ponds)
