Answers
1)   Lactose intolerance.

Stop all dairy products. - Obastro

2)   I have no idea on this. I'm sorry.

Idea: Peptobismol Insta-Cool! - Jared

3)   U should go to the doctors because it can be very serious.. - i am so awesome

4)   have you ever had a period? - Henry C

5)   I'm with Obastro - cut milk out of your diet for a week (check food labels for lactose too - SO many things you would never suspect of containing lactose do!)
This may not mean you need to avoid lactose for the rest of your life - it is possible that simply stopping using it for a while will be enough to purge yourself of it so you can use it again in future - although drinking milk as a drink is maybe not a good idea. - Hedge Witch

6)   no y did u drink milk if you have diareah milk makes it worse - Lezlie

7)   Tell your parents that you need to be tested for lactose intolerance AND celiac disease asap. If you have had diarrhea each time you drink milk, then you def. need lactose intolerance testing, and then while you are there you need to get a blood test for celiac disease as lactose intolerance is a red flag for this very common yet grossly under diagnosed genetic autoimmune disease. PLEASE have them read this answer and get you to a doctor ok?
Here is a link for lactose intolerance:

Question 2
what's gona happen if to try and stay healthy, i take cold and flu tablets when i'm not sick?...  ..? Will this just make me sick like vitamin C does? Or will it keep me safe from the colds and flus??

Answers
1)   your body will build up immunity to the active ingredients in these drugs, so when you are actually sick they wont work.

they will also harm your liver if you take them on a regular basis.

top answer>? - Adam M

2)   All of these medicines only mask the symptoms; if you have a runny nose and sneeze, the medicines stop the running nose and sneezing, but do nothing to get the virus out of the body. Only if you have bacterial pneumonia will a prescribed anti biotic cure. - Jason

3)   There is nothing preventive about anything you get off the shelf, if any of that stuff works at all. Most of it will only soothe your problems not heal them. They will still be there so your in effect wasting your money. Vitamin C shouldn't make you Ill. - cowboydoc

4)   It is like throwing money into the garbage because your body doesn't need this stuff so it is passed out of your body, mostly unused. It will not make you sick but using it continuously often makes your body accustomed to the med and when you really need it, it doesn't work as well. - J B

5)   I don't know, but have you read the recommended doses on those tablets? I got the impression that you take them regularly, like a daily vitamin. You can do damage to your body by taking too much medicine. Just eat healthy, stay active, and above all, stay clean. ^_^ - A.M.

6)   There are no drugs to treat or prevent the common cold. If you want to prevent the flu, all you can do is get the vaccine (shot or intra-nasal spray). You are talking about taking medications that were designed to treat the SYMPTOMS of these conditions -- NOT the CAUSEs. Taking these drugs when you're healthy is useless. If you want to stay healthy the best things you can do are: wash your hands frequently, use your non-dominant hand to open doors, stay hydrated, get enough sleep, and get regular exercise. As far as diet: eat enough protein, vitamin C, zinc and iron. You don't need to take supplements, but eat foods with these in them -- like for vitamin C you can eat oranges, tangerines, or drink rose hips tea. - Bug

7)   First of all, there is no real cure for the common cold or the flu (both seasonal and H1N1) except for time. Nothing you take from the drugstore will do anything beyond treating the symptoms.

Second, you will develop an immunity (tolerance) to the active ingredients, so a bigger and less-safe dose is required to achieve the same effect.

Third, anything you take that contains acetaminophen as an active ingredient will damage your liver, if you take more than the recommended daily maximum. Watch out for acetaminophen as an ingredient in everything you take. Some things that you wouldn't expect to do contain acetaminophen, which is the primary active ingredient in Tylenol (R).

Fourth, anything else unneeded will be flushed out of the body, and basically wasted -- along with the money you paid for it.

So, in summation, if you want your Dayquil (R) to work when you need it, don't take it as a "preventative." - PenelopeM

1)   There is not any way to make this non-contagious except by going to your doctor and getting the proper antibiotic to clear it up and keeping your hands away from the area and doing frequent hand-washing. You are considered non-contagious after being on antibiotics for 24 hours. - J B

Question 5
there is a pain in my heart and chest?...  when i drink water or swallow anything like my spit, like 5 second later it gives me a sharp pain in my chest and near my heart. i dont know why it does that. it started last night. will tylenol help?? can you tell me what it is.

im 16 and healthy :]

Answers
1)   It is vital to eat good to stay in good health. Acai berry is an awesome super food that keeps you in good health and in addition has the bonus of helping you to lose a pile of weight. There's a free trial happening at the moment at http://batomt.masterfitness.info , try it, why not? - Bennett

2)   I looked up on webmd for swallowing it came up with

Heartburn/Gerd
Esophagitis
bleeding esophageal varices
esophageal structure
swallowed object

highly doubt you swallowed a non-edible object most likely heart burn everyone gets in once in a while if you have this more than 2 times a week you may have gastroesophageal reflux disease which is caused by your stomach acid it can happen when eating too much or bending over if this will keep happening frequently for more than a week i suggest tell your mom to get you to your doctor and they'll try to figure out whats wrong but its probably just minor heart burn. - ♥Dream♥

3)   This may or may not help, the information. You have a large nerve that runs along your esophagus to your throat, sometimes when you have stomach problems you can have acid reflex and it can (pain) travel up this nerve and it makes it feel like a heart problem, a lung problem or other problems in the chest area.
Some young people that are very active in sports can have heart problems so, I can't say young people can't have a heart problem and, congenital heart problems can show up like a heart murmur or a hole in the heart that didn't heal over when they were born.
If it continues to bother you then I'd suggest seeing a doctor and first getting an EKG after that if he thinks it's necessary a deep scan, this will show everything. - cowboydoc

4)   Aren't you pregnant? Yeah, that might be it right there. i don't know, ever thought about going to see the doctor? Considering you are pregnant that would be a good thing to do. - Doodu Brown
