Question 2
Advice with Cold Sores + Kissing?...  I’m 20 years old. I’ve been getting cold sores ever since I was young. They have lessened over the years and got less severe, but everyone once in a while they still sneak up on me. I know by now that there is no magical cure to make them go away instantly. So to the point, I’m going to see my boyfriend tomorrow. How can I politely tell him not to kiss me? Will he be disgusted? Think I have herpes? (other kind) or want to break up with me?

Thanks

Answers
1)   If there is not a cold sore in sight then you are not infectious. If you have one then you are and I do not suppose he will want to kiss it. There are creams to treat them but you have the virus for life. - ANF

2)   Maybe you should just be honest with him. Tell him that you want to be respectful of him and his health. If you are sure it's not herpes, tell him that too. And tell him you'll make it up to him! If he is disgusted and can't see beyond it, that's his problem. - haze

3)   dont kiss!!! - Ethan

4)   If he is that shallow and wants to break up with you due to a cold sore then you are better off without him!!!!

Tell him you have a cold sore and don't want him to get the disease, which it is a disease. - thunder2sys

5)   he will prolly break up with yo so sorry for your luck - 1233445

6)   This is herpes simplex virus two, there is one and two. The "fever blisters" usually will heal in one to two weeks, they go through a phases.
He can get this from you or activate his. - cowboydoc

Question 4
HELP, My Sleepwalking + Insomnia Has Not Stopped. Meds? Suggestions?...  Ok, so I've always had a history of sleepwalking, but I'm 19 and ever since a year ago it's gotten worse. I do really strange things in my sleep OR I eat things in the fridge. When I wake up, I see the evidence and don't remember doing it.

If I'm not sleepwalking, I'm up literally all night until 10am or so and the insomnia is awful.

Would sleeping medication like Lunesta help?
Should I lock the fridge door since my stomach is hurting due to eating at night? Do you know of any fridge locks or should I use a bike lock?

Suggestions please? Thanks!

1)   about it you can get information from here http://doctors58.notlong.com/1AAif1k - Renea

2)   I use to sleep walk as a little girl and my mother also use to do it too, they say that it is brought on by an emotional event.I have read and heard of several cases of women that sleep walk and go out in the kitchen and eat and only wake up to find crumbs in their bed. They do make children's locks for the refrigerator,I bought one for my son at Toy's R Us.I would try and establish a bed routine, try taking a hot shower and don't watch any t.v. in bed at night and turn the lights off before you go to bed or only use soft lighting.Try and find a book to read in bed before going asleep, this will help make your eyes tired.Make sure you cut out any caffeine that you are consuming, this means in soda and chocolate too and don't eat before you go to bed, your stomach has to work over time.I hope this is of some help to you.Believe me,I've found myself doing the sleep walking food thing too only to wake up to crumbs in bed. - Tomb Raider

3)   Treatment for sleepwalking is often unnecessary, especially if episodes are infrequent and pose no hazard to the sleepwalker or others. If sleepwalking is recurrent, or daytime fatigue is suspected to result from disturbed sleep patterns, polysomnography may be recommended to determine whether some form of treatment may be helpful. If stress appears to trigger sleepwalking events in adults, stress management, biofeedback training, or relaxation techniques can be beneficial. Hypnosis has been used help sleepwalkers awaken once their feet touch the floor. Psychotherapy may help individuals who have underlying psychological issues that could be contributing to sleep problems.

Medications are sometimes used in the more severe cases with adults. Benzodiazepines—anti-anxiety drugs— such as diazepam (Valium) or alprazolam (Xanax) can be used to help relax muscles, although these may not result in fewer episodes of sleepwalking. When medications are used, they are typically prescribed in the lowest dose necessary and only for a limited period. - mohammedali basheer

2)   Really, they are just guessing what virus mutated into the swine flu and giving a random vaccination. There have been many deaths affiliated with this vaccine, especially from the inhaled one. I would suggest not getting the vaccine. - MollyDolly

3)   Ohhh i took it, and suffering from side-effects. But better then die from swine-flue, a person died in my town who traveled back here. Anyway, for days now feels like my head is pumping, the venes in head on the sides aswell. Like they blow a baloon, same in my head lol, something ive never felt before. Muscular pain T_T aswell..Everybody get some kind of side-effects sooner or later just cuz it's untested, but swine-flue is gonna be around us for months. Ya wanna risk to die? Go for it.. It's seasons of flues..

To take the shot is like, you're taking a risk. In future you'll see what will happen', what damage it'll do to you.

To not take the shot, your risk to die is like 98%, Swine flue is bad, very bad, kills you, especially thosse with weak lungs, smokers etc. It kills once you get it.. kinda or they put you under a respirator i think is in english..

Anyway, the choise is yours. Humans got 2 alternatives, pick one. I took the shot, though i regret, but can't live life in fear of swine flue. - BoNieBoNx
