Can semen (sperm cells) travel through your clothes to the washing machine and to a friend's undies?

Question 1
Can semen (sperm cells) travel through your clothes to the washing machine and to a friend's undies?...  I know this is quite a weird question to ask, but does it?

For example :

You get a wet dream, and your undies are all.. umm... semen filled.

You wash it in the machine machine the next day, with all your other family member's clothes. Does the sperm cells get stuck on everyone else's clothes and undies?

PS : im not perverted i just want to know... thanks!

Answers
1)   no it will get rinsed out and sent down the drain. - Sha Long

2)   sperm dies when its not in ideal temperatures. So once it was in your undies and out of your body it would have diet rather quickly. So there is no chance of getting anyone else pregnant.

But the washing machine should do the trick of washing it away - ...AndreA...

3)   No. Semen will die within a couple hours of not being within the preferable temperature of the body. If some manage to somehow become super-human, then they're gonna get rinsed out, and die.
Even if some were to survive and linger around, it wouldn't matter. Small amounts of semen are proven very unlikely to impregnate anyone. - EJ

Question 2
Can someone please tell me about toxic shock syndrome?...  I've already called my doctor so that I can order a blood test for it. I used a tampon recently and have been feeling off for the past week. The problem is that I also have the flu now, or at least thought I did. I'm starting to believe I may have toxic shock syndrome.
my symptoms are:
body ache
fever
dizziness
sore throat
cough
my back hurts where my kidneys are
headache
and I do have a sunburn like rash in one spot on my leg, but I've had some sun exposure so it may actually be a sunburn.
red throat

Answers
1)   depending on how long you left the tampon in your body, those could be just the flu symptoms, but because of the redness, i would deffinitally follow up on that..especially if you are having any pain in your vaginal area like a shocking form of sharp pain. - nicole

2)   A friend of mine had this. She had severe lower abdominal pain, nausea, headache, dizziness, and a strange discharge. The discharge was like mucus with a little pink in it at first. Followed by a greenish discharge. I would say the flu unless u are experiencing these symptoms. - MissE

3)   you might have TSS, but you could also have the flu, or strep throat.

Have a cup of tea, take a bubble bath, read a good book to stop worrying. Then go see your doctor and you should have a pretty quick answer.

BTW, TSS is more rare than the other possibilities...

1)   Consuming the correct food is crucial for your wellbeing. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it's not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss produce, it's a superfood too. There's a risk free trial on offer at http://bopult.wholenesspro.info I've been using it for 2 weeks now and it's definately having an effect!! - Aylin

2)   bad guts don't go with swine flu....more likely a stomach virus or even bacterial......migraine can mess up stomach.......body needs fuel to work properly so eat healthy and something easy on the tummy.....possibly something in the sinus and/or ears also.......does not sound like swine flu at all so don't panic but a trip to a doc may be in order here - josh'smom

3)   Without a temperature it's unlikely.
Do you have a rash? That is a major symptom of swine flu. - realist101

Question 5
how are you sure that you don't have the swine flue other than testing your self?...  I've been sick for about 3 weeks know.I'm scared that i might have it.

Answers
1)   3 weeks is a long time for it to go undiagnosed.
Do you have a rash? That is a major symptom. - realist101

2)   If you've had a sore throat, body aches and a high temperature it could be the current influenza virus H1N1 although you should be on the road to recovery by now. If you have cycling temps - a fever that comes and goes, a recurring sore throat or white spots on your throat I'd get checked by your health care provider. Flu isn't the only concern. Good news though, if you're well enough to ask the question on the web and do have the H1N1 influenza, you will probably recover without any problems. - Dave F
