i have a small lump under the skin in my armpit?

Question 1
i have a small lump under the skin in my armpit?...  so this morning i felt a small lump in my armpit later in the afternoon there was another lump the same size near it... and now under my other arm there seems to be a small lump forming. these lumps are tender and cause a serve pain when squeezed. can anyone help me figure out what this is

4)   have you recently switched deodorants? Sometimes when I switch brands I get a painful lump that lasts a couple of days. I went to the doctor just to be sure and he said it was fine. I've never had multiple lumps though. You should definitely get it checked out just to be on the safe side. - asdf

My mom keeps coughing?...  She is coughing SO HARD AND LOUD you can hear it all throughout the house she told me she is going 2 throw up she has been doing this for DAYS she also keeps spitting please help!!!
