Is there any way to prevent my face from getting red?

Question 1
Is there any way to prevent my face from getting red?...  I blush so easily, i'm very pale with a pinkish tone to my skin. and i'm a natural blonde.I have anxiety which makes it worse. And i have a low self esteem and am self concious. But, my face gets so red when I laugh, cry, do stuff like.. working out and running. How can i stop myself from blushing all the time? because its embarassing.. people will be like "YOUR FACE IS BRIGHT RED"
its better to blush? ): hmm. i guess i just get it on my cheeks but when its really bad my whole face is red and its ugly.

Answers
1)   its better to blush anyway. - Bella

2)   sadly there is no real way to make it stop. using coverup and other make ups might help a little but blushing is a natural response and cant be controlled. its ok, look at it this way your red face is a sign of activity and good health. - blah

3)   as far as I know, there is no way to prevent this or get rid of this. It is a natural occurance because of your fair skin tone, and it may be something that you will have to deal with. I know what you are going through because when I blush or work out, I turn lobster coloured. People always say "oh wow, you are so red" but you kind of just have to brush it off. At least no one can call you "pale" when you turn red :) - Meg

4)   Exercising helped me to tone up loads after I joined it along with taking acai berry. I know they say that pills do not work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial going on right now at http://suveng.fitnessfestival.info , try it, what's the worst that could happen? - Rylee

Question 2
does it hurt getting your wart gets freezed or burned?...  because tomorrow ive got to mine removed. im nervous!!!!!!!!!!!
i have them on my fingers and the back of my legs

Answers
1)   you dont feal a thing - doc_holliday1863

2)   Just a tiny bit. - xjoizey

3)   you dont feel a thing. - Eric

4)   Don't be nervous! I used to have one on my finger and I got it froze off at the doctor. It felt more like a tingling, numbing sensation but it didn't "hurt" in any way. You will be relieved when it is done! - Meg

5)   No, it doesn't normally hurt. You should not feel anything during the process. It may sting a little later on depending on the size and location of the wart. For example, if it is a large wart on the bottom of your foot, it might sting a tiny bit when you walk afterward. But, if it is a small wart on your hand, it should only hurt if you bump it on something. But, there is no major pain involved at all. - Smoreo

Question 3
I have this after zit scar, how do I get rid of it by tommorow?...  I had a huge zit or red bump on my nose and I had toothpaste on it for 2 days and it went away. Now it looks red (more like a dark red) and just a LITTLE bump, but not big. It's been almost a week since I've had this red spot. How can I get rid of it by tomorrow morning?
Haha, I tried my mom's estee lauder cover up and that thing worked, but you could still see the bump, just not red .

Answers
1)   I made the same mistake with - the whole toothpaste thing - and it left this scar on my face. Its been there for like 3 weeks now. Wait it out, but I reccomend you try some BIO OIl. Its usually good for scarring, and for the immediate touch, ( if you have a sister ) steal her coverup and if you don't - run to the nearest drug store and get some. - Zara A.

2)   First use the proper terminology. A zit scar is called a Czar. In order to get rid of a czar, you have to stage a coup. You must wait for the Ides of March. - Blobbie

3)   cover it up with liquid foundation - Shelley♥

5)   Its not possible to get rid of the scar by the following day. Try getting a face wash with salicylic acid or benzoic acid to get rid of the bacteria. Many of the grocery stores should have them. It may dry out your face so also get a moisturizer with some spf. Try Neutrogena.

I know it may look ugly and you want to cover it up but don't with foundations and other stuff bc some of that stuff is oil based. It could make the it worse by clogging up your pores.

Wash your face every morning and moisturize and the same before you go to bed. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep. I have done the same exact things you have done, even with the cover up.Hope I have helped! Good luck! - L

Question 5
why am i going to the bathroom so often?...  i am a type2 diabetic and was diagnosed about 5 years ago.just lately i have had to urinate more often than usual.my tests are usually low.its got me puzzled and a little concerned.i'm drinking the same amount of water(a lot)and my meds have not changed.i can't describe any better so has anyone else had this problem?i'm not even sure it's a problem.thanks to all.

Answers
1)   Your symptoms typical to most type 2 diabetics. Your body isnt making sufficient insulin, in which the sugar stays in your bloodstream. Your body attempts to filter the sugar out via urination. You might have noticed (no offense) that your urine might have smelled saccharine. You might need test strips to check your blood often to make sure the sugar levels aren't high, in case that the sugar would thicken your blood and cause severe complications. It is a very common problem, and at the time there is no cure, only treatment. - cute_as_a_butt :)

2)   Is your blood sugar running higher?
My brother says that he has to go a lot more when his blood sugar is high - Amy S

3)   When you take into account the total amount of fluids that you are having in a day, you may well be drinking too much. If your tests are low and you have no concerns about that, keep a diary of the water and other drinks for a week, and then adjust the quantity downward. - techman
