Acid Reflux Question?????...  Whats The BEST thing to help acid reflux i started the gym over a month ago and acid is crazy and lots of wind i started taken protein shakes for gym 2.. half my prop is eating last at night chicken and chips my throat is red raw and killing me alot of the time. heard that chewing gum is good for acid reflux???im on 40 losec they worked till i started gym and using protein>> any ideas??

1)   Try taking rolaids. Calcium is the best thing for you. So drink milk to caot your throat and stomach, drink small amouts. Don't drink sodas and lay off anything alcaholic as well as acidic juices like grape. - PrincessWillow

3)   You need to see a doctor; acid reflux can lead to very serious (life-threatening) conditions. It erodes the lining of the esophagus, which can lead to cancer.
I have acid reflux, which caused esophageal ulcers, which I had to have biopsied (surgery). Mine were not cancer, yet.
Don't take GERD lightly.

Can you get german measles after having measles?...  Well, I've just had measles and i'm wondering does the immunity u get towards measles also count for german measles?

i feel like there is something stuck in my ear it feels constantly blocked?...

1)   not sure. get a.. oh i forget what they're called.... take the toothpick things with fluff on the ends... clean ur ears maybe its wax - BKC

2)   it's probably earwax.
i see it every week at work.
do you clean your ears after you shower or bathe ?

the best thing to do is to take a warm bath and lay for 5 minutes with your ears just under the water, so that it can loosen the wax.
tehn get out and use a Qtip to wipe any wax by the outside of the ear.

if you came to a dr's office, they would just squirt water in there,
so you should try this at home first - dasher

3)   Most likely wax buildup. Most drug stores or the pharmacy of your local Wall Mart will have some products to clean it out.

strange movment in my stomach?...  i have a strange movment in my stomach .. well it seem to be under my bust but under my ribs on the left side it does feel like a baby movment..i have no pain and in not pregnant i have not done anything to be..... iv had this for 2 weeks and i had it once befor xmas ... some one told me that i could be my intestines moving... can anyone tell me please thank you
