Can anyone recommend hand cream for really rough dry hands?...  From my Wrist to the end of my fingers I have really dry and rough skin I do have sensitive skin.
I know a lot of people have dry skin but my hands feel awful and it's really annoying me.
I was wondering if there was a hand cream that would help, like a special hand cream for dry skin.
Thanks everyone.

1)   the new nutrigena lotion stuff it comes in a red bottle it woks great for me - Dolly K

2)   petroleum jelly is still the best remedy for dry skin. - Myk

3)   Please don't laugh, but if you can get hold of a tub of "Udder Cream" from an agricultural merchant, you will find that it works wonders on any skin problems. Farmers use it on their milking cows which suffer from constant milking. - roddy

4)   It is generally the case that expensive moisturising creams and lotions are not much better than cheaper ones. Try the less expensive ones first. Available in Boots, most other chemists and some larger supermarkets. You will probably find that you don't need to buy anything else.

Vaseline intensive care lotion.
Nivea creme.

Both of these are less than half the price of designer brands and work extremely well on dry and flaky skin. Give it a couple of days worth of applications (two or three times a day). You will be impressed and not so easily conned by fancy labels in future. - The Tank

Yes you have aids.
Not HIV but full blown aids.

Be sure that you see that this is not HIV.
But FULL BLOWN AIDS!
Not HIV but really FULL BLOWN AIDS

you've got the aaaaaa-i-ds! - Captain Question

2)   awww ask your mom for help ^^ cuuute
I would try to help, I'm studying in the medical field but I'd have to give a physical to really diognose the problem.

Don't worry haha, you don't have aids, I'm sure it's nothing serious as long as you treat it within a few days. :) - phbb

3)   Could be a yeast infection. You don't have to have had sex to get one. No, you should not put antibiotic ointment anywhere near there, those medications are not for that kind of tissue and can actually do more harm than good. The best thing would be to make a doctor's appointment, so he can tell exactly what is causing the infection. If you don't want to do that, there are several yeast infection medications you can buy at a drugstore or local pharmacy/medicine sections of local grocery stores.... you cannot treat this with anything you probably have in your medicine cabinet now. In the meantime make sure you keep the area clean, wash the area often, and cut down on sugary foods, and drink water instead of the soda or juices. - Princess Leia

2)   These are also called electrolytes - magnesium, calcium, sodium, and potassium are the positive ions, and chloride, bicarbonate, and phosphate are the negative ions. There are a variety of reasons why ions might be low: kidneys are not working properly, drinking too way much water; drinking distilled water; inadequate amounts of salts and minerals in the diet; or there is an intestinal problem that prevents ions from being absorbed; or problems with the adrenal gland. You would have to follow up with your doc to determine which of these things is causing the problem. - formerly_bob

Question 5
Do you think its the cigarrette that caused this? Smokers?...  I've been smoking for around six months now, but im not a smoke a pack smoke, ill smoke two a day on a usual occasion sometimes even zero. Right now it feels heavey and weird in my chest when i breathe.

I doubt i could already have lung problems this early into smoking. Yesterday my cigarette went out and my lighter was already dying so i chocked on attempting to bring it back, it hurt real bad and the cigarette was pretty burned up, so thats the only problem i could think of, unless it comes from anxiety or something. what do you think?
