Question 2
I have a choking game question?...  So a few days ago I was talking to some older kids at school and they were talking about the game. When I went home I tried it (sitting and hyperventalating then standing up and forcing air out of my lungs with my nose and mouth closed). When I started feeling light headed I freaked out and stopped so I never actually passed out. Then I researched it and some sites said that it causes perminent brain damage even the first time you try it! I'm really scared! Did I really perminently ruine my brain? (FYI plz don't think that my spelling errors are brainy damage. I alwaysed sucked at spelling) PLEASE HELP! I'm only 14! Pleade tell me I couldn't have ruined my life already!
I know it was stupid. I was just ignorent and curious and I will NEVER do something like it again.

Question 3
Please help me with my acne...?...  I used proactive for a year and had great skin, but it dried my face so much! i used 2 moisturizers and it was still dry so i stopped.

Now my skin is breaking out a lot!

any great products i should use...Skin ID?

Answers
1)   I used proactive too. It made my skin dry as well D:
My friend reccomended Epiduo to me. I havent tried it yet cause my mom wont let me buy it. Its expensive I think.
But yeah. She said it works extremely well for it. But you need a prescription I think. Just ask your dermatologist. She also said it didnt make her skin dry or shiny. - Jessica

2)   Personally me, I use these cleansing pads. I just rub my face with one like twice a day and it slowly goes away.

Works fine for me. Not sure if you've used them before. Oxy Pads, Stridex Pads, and I'm sure many other different product ones. Those are the two I've used though. - Jacob A

3)   Unfortunately you need to use trial and error with a wide variety of products. Everyone's skin is so different, what works for one may make things worse for the other. I've had issues with my skin since late teens, I'm nearing mid-twenties and still trying different products. However, I found putting a small amount of porcelana on a blemish at night drys it out very well. I hope you find something that works for you, it is really not fun to have to worry about your skin. - Dani

4)   change your pillow case daily - Justin

3)   It sounds like anxiety attacks. And that is kind of the odd thing about anxiety or panic attacks is that most people do not know why they are occuring. They can be caused by something that you are not even aware you have anxiety about. It could also be low blood sugar. It doesn't sound serious, but it can't hurt to get it checked out, then you can get some ideas about how to make it stop. and jay is a douche. people do care, that's why we get on here and answer questions. - Bird
