Brownish spots under my butt?...  Yes this is embarassing to talk about. They're right under the folds and they're on each side not as bad on the left...they don't hurt I've had them for a very long time but I procrastinate and wait for things Luke this to just go away...sad for me it hasn't...do you think it's exima (sp?) or chapped..? How should I treat this?
It's not dried poop dumbass it's something up with the skin...

1)   Maybe it's dried on poop? You need to get some rubbing alcohol and pour it on and try to rub it off! - Stephen
