how do i clear up my face from breakouts?

Question 1
how do i clear up my face from breakouts?...  im breaking out all over my forehead & under my chin again!
how do i get rid of these breakouts?

Answers
1)   wash iit every night-- no exeptions. - Emma

2)   A good routine that worked for me would be,

Cleanse»»Toner»»moisturize.

Also its good to get a heating cleanser to use 3 times a week..And a scrub to use 1-2 times a week.

3)   just try out out all the walmart store acne brands
if its really bad ask for prescription medication from your dermatologist
they are the experts - Kim

4)   i had previously answered a question like this a while ago. give witch hazel a try! It's inexpensive ( i bought a bottle at wal-mart for like....$3.00. It smells bad to me, but you'd get used to it. It looks like this:

Don't was your face TOO much. you don't want to over-dry your skin. - Dead By Dawn

5)   i like to use an astringent - wal-mart makes a decent one. their version of clean and clear i think, and the price is a lot less which is good especially nowadays. the sensitive skin one is not as good. but what it does is deep cleans and balances the ph so it won't over dry you as much does causing even more break outs!. after you wash your face even, pour a bit of astringent on a cotton ball and whip your face. you can see how much dirt and oil is left behind still and that is a main cause of the break outs.

make sure to clean thoroughly especially before bed. as that is hours it can all soak in. if the blemishes surface the best thing i have found to help that is the Clearasil ointment. i like the tinted one as it conceals a bit too. and still apply it before bed after you cleanse with the astringent. do not over use it; a pin size amount on the head should be good. the adult formula worked best for me from teen years on; but not as easy to come across as well. but all good, just in that case best to stick to the name brand.

let me know if you need more specifics. good luck! - HMP

You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it is not only a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss compound, it is a superfood too. 4)   You should see a doctor. It could be diabetes (if it is don't worry it can be controlled, sometimes without insulin). There are also other metabolic disorders it could be. The bladder infections are probably related to something else, since you are urinating frequently. A lot of times not being able to urinate will cause an infection. - neuronerd12

Heart attack questions? 10 pts!!!?...  Why do Heart Attacks occur?

How can they be prevented?
thank you i need biological answers, this is for biology

1)   Do you know how to Google?

http://www.medicinenet.com/heart_attack/article.htm - Kelle

2)   why heart attacks occur:
Atherosclerosis is a gradual process by which plaques (collections) of cholesterol are deposited in the walls of arteries. Cholesterol plaques cause hardening of the arterial walls and narrowing of the inner channel (lumen) of the artery. Arteries that are narrowed by atherosclerosis cannot deliver enough blood to maintain normal function of the parts of the body they supply.
How they can be prevented:
healthy life style choices such as, exercise, dieting, lower salt intake and quit smoking if the person does.etc - Kim

3)   Heart attacks can occur

Eating a healthy diet without saturated fats can help prevent heart disease which causes heart attacks. Also, trying to reduce stress in one's life. Get checked for high blood pressure. Many people don't know that they have high blood pressure because there are really no symptoms of high blood pressure. If one has high blood pressure, then one should see a doctor regularly to help control it with medication. If a person is overweight, losing weight slowly to get to a healthy body weight will help. If a person is not overweight, then keeping a healthy weight is important. If a person is a smoker, they must quit, because smoking causes atherosclerosis which is hardening and narrowing of the arteries which can cause blood clots to block the veins in the heart or brain or anywhere in the body which can cause a heart attack. - CutiePie
