5)   Washing with a mild soap containing cold cream helps prevent chapped hands and lips. You can also apply moisturizer or a topical emollient after washing and before going to bed. Another measure is to use a home humidifier during dry spells in fall and winter.

To seal in moisture, apply a little lanolin--which is particularly effective and is found in many hand creams--or cocoa butter, petroleum jelly, menthol or camphor ointment, mineral oil, or vegetable shortening--but not so much that your hands feel greasy. An increasingly popular remedy is the petroleum-based product known as Bag Balm. Formulated to soften cows' udders, it is available in farm-supply stores, natural product stores, and pharmacies. This works for me Good luck. - syl c.

I have had back acne since i was little i didn't care much about it until i was in grade 8 and got the chest acne. It does make me insecure as well. When I meet someone and see it on their chest, I accept it. I have it to, it's not that gross. But I barely take my shirt off, it just makes me look ugly. I bet you and I have the same exact thing. But I have it so I hope that makes you feel a little better. :)
I got this acne solution on eBay and haven't tried it on my back and chest. I only tried once on chest, looked like it got a little better, and then stopped using it.

This person is providing 1-3 week trial samples (Only for ONE DOLLAR.. definitely a deal) on ebay at:

6)   Okay, this may sound crazy, but my great grandma, and now my grandma even swear by this stuff. There is a plant called aloe vera, they even sell it in a bottle at the store, but I personally feel like the juices from the natural plant are probably the best remedy, All you have to do is take a small piece of the plant and cut it open with your nail and rub the inside (slimy stuff) on your pimples or blemishes. It is all natural and you will be surprised to find that it actually works. Now this stuff feels all slimy when you put it on but it dries after about 5 minutes and I would recommend using it at night and wash it off in the morning. hope it helps, its an old home remedy. Try it ... PS: where to find the plant? Well usually older mexican women always keep a plant outside their homes.... try it out and good luck honey... - Maricela C

Question 5
So, I was diagnosed with Bronchitis?...  I went to an outpatient facility in Virginia called Patient First because I don't have Health Insurance. I of course went because I felt really sick and weak and felt that way for more then 3/4 days. My cough seemed to be coming back and while I tried to walk around outside I felt dizzy and strange.

So The Doctor I saw heard my symptoms then checked my ears, and the back of my throat. He also used a stethoscope and had me inhale and breath out hard. I could hear the odd noise my breathing was making when exhaling as I am sure he could. I also did feel kind of a heaviness and like someone was gripping the left side of my breast under my left arm and let go. Maybe this was an early sign of bacterial infection? Or early onset of pneumonia?

Getting to the point...I was prescribed Azithromcyin(?) and also a mucus thinner with Codiene as well. I have read antiboitics aren't effective against Bronchitis, so how could he know I had a bacterial infection without doing any tests other then checking my ears, back of throat, and using a stethoscope?

I do feel kind of better though oddly enough, even though i feel kind of tired (To be expected I guess).

2)   Usually they give you an antibiotic to prevent any bacterial infections from beginning because having bronchitis makes you a bit more susceptible. I just finished my antibiotics after being diagnosed with bronchitis, though I don't feel any better. Good luck with your recovery! - starry_eyes11

3)   Not hard to diagnose bronchitis. Not hard to know the difference between bronchitis and pneumonia if you are a doctor.

Erythromycin will help a lot. It is for respiratory infections and often used instead of penicillan. Sometimes 2 treatments are required if the infection has had time to take hold.

Do you smoke? ( cigs. /grass)
