Was this a panic attack?

Question 1
Was this a panic attack?...  hi, I was at school, im 13 by the way, and we had to do swimming today for P.E!
Well, i started to shake a bit in the pool, not because i was cold or anything i just started shaking, but not much. And then i started to have a bit of trouble breathing and it felt like my heart was pumping on overload, and non of these were because of to much swimming or because of the pool being cold because it wasn't cold, and we had only been swimming for like 8 mins. It also felt like my breathing was restricted and i felt like i was going to throw up.
This has never happened before and after when we finished swimming i felt like i was still shaking in the inside for about 1 hour afterwards.
Is this a panic attack, something else or am i just being silly?????
Thanx xxx
