Every gland in my body is swollen, what can it be?

Question 1
Every gland in my body is swollen, what can it be?...  I am in a lot of pain. For a little less than a week I've been feeling really sore. The glands under my arms, chest, and the front and back of my neck are swollen and tender. I've also had a low-grade fever. I've considered going to the emergency room, because I'm away at school and not near any of my doctors.

Experiencing pains near heart?...  Hey,

I am a sixteen year old guy and I am experiencing pains in the region near my heart. I feel fatigued, shivers, and nausea. Does anyone know what's wrong with me or what I can do to make the feeling go away?

Thanks,

1)   could be panic attacks, they feel like heart attacks, or you might need some potassium or you are dehydrated, either way tell your doc and get it checked out - Christine M

2)   about it you can get information from here http://webmd37.notlong.com/AAt8Hj9 - Casimira

3)   It could be nothing serious, but I would still see a doctor just to be sure. Panic attacks can cause all kinds of different feelings but if you are not feeling anxious, stressed or depressed, I doubt that's it. - kaylaxbug

Question 4
What if my acne is annoying but not super bad?...  I've never had bad acne. When I get it, it's not bad. Every so often I get a breakout where I feel like I have it on my whole face. I do have a few darker spots from it. Could I still go to a dermatologist? Does your acne have to be "bad" to get help?

Answers
1)   You can always see a dermatologist, just to see what he or she recommends. There is always the possibility though that he/she will tell you that your condition doesn't require medication. My sister, for example, had very minor acne, and was still prescribed a medicated cream for her face. I would say that it's worth the visit, just to get a doctor's opinion. - lalala

2)   Hello, I'm a doctor. Use accutane. I think that you want to get more info about it. Please go to ----> http://webmd30.notlong.com/AAKxitd - Casimira

Question 5
What disease/illness does this sound like?...  On Sunday at church I got stuck sitting by a sick boy, about 13 year old. I spent the entire mass focused on him because I'm terrified I'll get his illness.
Some of his symptoms that I could see were:
*Sneezing
*runny nose
*sniffling
*coughing (kind of dry)
*fatigue/extremely tired
*shaking
*scabby sores on his face. I'm not sure what they were, but they were on his lips, chin, and cheeks. It was horrifying to look at.

This is all I was able to see. Do you have any idea of what this kid is sick with so I can be ready just in case? Thank you
I'm paranoid because he did touch both of my hands before I received the Eucharist so I kind of ate his germs. And he coughed and sneezed on me. Ughh.
