Question 1
what are some really effective anti danderuff treatments other the the basic shampoos like selson blue or head?...

Answers
1)   It's actually very simple. We all produce dandruff, but the size of the flakes depend upon the amount of sugar in your diet. Stop eating sugar and lots of carbs and your dandruff will go away within a few days. Keep eating the sugar & carbs and your breath will stink as well and you will be on your way to getting lots of deteriorating diseases and die in your 70's as most Americans do.

good luck to you - onlymatch4u

3)   Two things will help in the long run. One, take a pro-biotic to help with digestive issues... if you have too much sugar in your diet, you can have candida (yeast overgrowth) in your intestines. Also, do a baking soda wash weekly. Wet your hair and mix in a paste of baking soda, let sit on for 10 minutes and comb through, then wash out. This will help with the flakes. It can dry out your hair, so make sure you use a good conditioner. Hope this helps. - Kim B

4)   Use baby shampoo. And no leave in conditioner or styling products until the dandruff is gone. Use a moisturizer on the ends of your hair after shampooing, though. Cleared up for me in a week. Good luck, hope you get the same results or better. - momfirst101

Question 2
Why Do I Keep Fainting Help Please?...  I keep fainting and im so use to it i know when its going to happen.Ill start to feel sick and then the sound around me is muffled, so i go to lie down and then i pass out and would really like to know why this keeps happening if anyone has any ideas then you would really help me out thanks :D

1)   You may be anemic (lack of iron) or it might be your blood sugar levels.. i suggest you go to your doctor where they will be able to do a full investigation into it. good luck! - XlittleladyX

2)   Could be low blood pressure. But you need to go to the doctor. It could be something really serious. And they may give you something to prevent this. What if you were driving and this happened? You could kill yourself and someone else. I wouldnt live with that I would try to get help. - malibu

3)   You need to see your doctor as soon as possible.

Hopefully you are eating properly if your not then that could well be the cause.

Regardless you need to see your doctor. - pink flower

4)   I was like that when i was little.. i think i had my last one when i was around 13. (I'm 18 now). I remember having a few around the same time and my parents got worried an took me to doctors to have some tests, they made me walk in a straight line, hop on one leg, hit my knee with this hammer thing and all sorts, they never found anything wrong with me tho ...

When i used to faint i would go really light headed and the room would start to spin and then i would wake up with everyone in my face, with a cold wet towel on my head :D .. but i have no idea why they happened to me either

They didn't happen in a particular way either like one happened while i was peeling potatoes once while my mum was combing my hair and another while i was just stood in the kitchen!

I remember fainting last year, but it wasn't just random like before, it was because i tried streching my ears and it hurt lol...

When ever i faint is always for around 5-10 seconds :S ha ha

Hope this helps.... x - Beckie Jo

Answers
1)   I had one similar on my face and the best method is fire. - matt

2)   Use a scrub with salicylic acid in it. It may take 2-3 days. Whatever you do, do not try to lance it or squeeze and pick at it. After 2-3 days, crack an egg and keep the whites in a little bowl. Add ab out 1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice and stir it up. Then apply the mask to your face. Let it dry. You will feel it tightening your pores. Rinse off with lukewarm water and then splash your face with cold water. Do this every day until the pimple is gone. Also, use a benzoyl peroxide product at night before bed. Good luck. Should be gone in about 5-7 days. - momfirst101

3)   If that crud fails to make it out, then it needs some help. Don't take "no" for an answer, beyond a judicious measure of patience. You may need an MD's help getting it out. - larry

4)   squeeze it till it bleeds - Robert

She asked me to try her slushie so I tried the top of the ice she hadn't touched and now i'm so paranoid i caught herpes off her or could have. And now I'm paranoid about the time we had chips with gravy on them.. i think she double dipped. Am I at risk? I'm so scared

Answers
1)   You can only catch her cold sore (type of herpes) from eating after her. - Russell

2)   If you didn't touch anything she touched with her mouth, or anything she had her saliva on, share any cutlery then highly doubtful - Penny

3)   If you didn't come in contact with where her mouth was then you should be fine. Plus, a lot of people already have the HSV1 virus in them and don't even know it because they don't have any symptoms. In addition, Herpes simplex 1 isn't as big a deal as some may make it. It Almost all the time just causes cold sores. I read an article that says a huge percentage have HSV1. Most get it when they are a kid. Being around other kids, drinking after them. Having adults kiss on you when you are a baby etc.
But you probably have nothing to worry about. And if bothers you so much then you can have a simple blood test done that will tell you for sure. - Say Hello To The World For Me
