Why do I have Diarrhea and Constipation alternating? 10 pts?

Question 1
Why do I have Diarrhea and Constipation alternating? 10 pts?...  This is a serious question, so I ask for serious answers, and I cannot see my gastrointestinal doctor until next month, so any help would be Greatly appreciated. I have stomach cramps usually every other day, pretty bad. I get constipation, I feel like can't go to the bathroom but have to (stools are small, hard, separated), but then usually one Bowel Movement afterwards, or even during the same movement, it switches over to diarrhea, the COMPLETE opposite (watery, feels "burny", lighter in color, comes out a lot at once).

I am baffled by this and I could really use some sense of direction.

I was recently diagnosed with fructose intolerance and by avoiding fructose, was able to see GREAT improvement from before, but now it has returned, yet I still eat no fruit, no high fructose corn syrup, etc.

What could be wrong?
I'm FRUCTOSE intolerant. But I'm not ingesting any fructose! I've seen a gastrointestinal doctor and dietitian but can't see the doctor for another month.

3)   You should really see a Doctor and go through your diet properly with a Dietitian, there are a lot of different factors controlling bowel movement including what if any medication you are taking, Things like codis(codeine) can cause constipation as it turns to Morphine in the system Morphine itself and derivatives can cause it too whereas paracetamol can cause either condition.Truly you would be surprised at what htings along with certain foods can cause bowel movement problems. - nudangler

Question 2
Can you get HIV or STD if someone coughs in your face?...  ....

Answers
1)   You definitely need to educate yourself. Try Googling HIV and learn about Sexually Transmitted Diseases. - silvertatt

2)   No, you cannot. STDs are called sexually transmitted because the transmission occurs during sexual contact. So, unless you are having unprotected sex with the person coughing in your face and that person is infected, there is no need to worry. HIV can be transmitted other ways. Its primary means of transmission are penetrative sex and blood exchange, as in sharing needles or infected blood entering an open wound. - Mary

3)   No you cannot. If you could, there's likely be many, many millions of us dead by now.

There is only a very small amount fo the virus -almost undetectable- in saliva, which would be most of what comes out in a sneeze. Even kissing carries no significant risk (unless both parties had open sores and were quite, shall we say, vigorous. It would be a significant exchange of blood, not saliva, that could theoretically infect if there were open sores.)

As for sneezing, the very tiny amount of virus present poses no threat. It would have to break your skin/blood barrier AND be in large enough quantities to infect.
