does anyone know y i keep getting white heads on my face?

Question 1
does anyone know y i keep getting white heads on my face?...

Answers
1)   Because you are a teenager - TheHelpfulEnglishman

2)   you should wash your face everyday, when u wake up and when u go to bed - mycutebunny

3)   Your probably just have acne.
Its important to find a face wash right for you
i Got my pimples on my chin and started using Acne stress control from neutrogena . It worked very well.
If that doesnt work for you and nothing seems to just use hot water and a rag and put i ton the acne areas. - Mollie(:

4)   Comes with being a teenager, be sure you wash your face with a acne cleanser every day and it will help some, but those pesty things will always pop up at the most inconvenient time! - warrenjudew

5)   This can be caused from not washing your face before and after applying makeup... It's clogged pores. It could also be built up oils and I would recommend the clean&clear burst and the one where you use with cotton it really helps. Just remember wash your face twice to three times a day and try using a good cleanser and hopefully u will see good results unless it's more major than that then I suggest you see a dermatologist.
Hope I helped tell me how it goes. - greenrocks04

Question 2
Bed bug? Dust mite? Random bug? HELP!?...  I found a small bug in my sister's bed. It was dark brown, and it was worm-like. It had a lot of lets, kind of like a centipede. But they were really short. It was like a brown worm with legs. This can't be a dust bug can it? I've never found one before...and my mother claims it is becuase my 'room is a mess!' By the way, I'm a teenager, ergo, i have clothing on my floor and a bit of junk on my desk. My mom jumps at anything to scare me into cleaning my room. Is this a 'dust bug' cuz my room isn't perfectly spotless? Or is my mom full of poop:P

Answers
1)   LOL I don't know. probably a centipede, but get that room cleaned up or you will have bugs there. - Kelle

2)   Poor sister. :( - IrOn

3)   I don't think it's a "dust bug". Ew, i just googled a picture of what a dust bug would look like and it looks like a spider. I hate bugs. They give me the chills. - Sam

4)   no your mom is right it's dust bugs you got any kind of food on the floor it will attract bugs better clean your room pick up your clothes on the floor and keep it clean so you don't have messes and or bugs your mom is smart she knows - eeyore2240

5)   Dust mites/bed bugs don't look like worms and they are very, very small. It was probably either a centipede or a milliipede. I doubt that having clothes on the floor would have contributed to this unless you have been out in the woods recently looking under dead logs or you tracked in some dead leaves and happened to pick up a millipede on your clothes. - House, almost MD

Question 3
how do i treat ingrown toenails?...  ive had an ingrown toenail on my big toe for a long time. one on both toes. and one of them is really starting to hurt and bother me. is there anyway to help it go back to normal?

Answers
1)   The ingrown part has to be cut out. You can do it !!!!!( sterilized tool), or a doctor. An antibiotic has to be applied after. - Kelle

2)   The best way is to chop off your foot - TheHelpfulEnglishman

3)   Dear George,
Ingrowing toe nail is usually due to tight, pointed shoes or fine nail trimming. When you trim your nail just leave some pat of it at edges.
1: Soak your feet in hot water (put some H2O2 into te water if you have, otherwise plian soap water will do) for 10 mins and clean the edges of your nails with soft brush (tooth brush with liquid soap).
2: Try to lift edges of nail above the skin (use can use sides of nail file for his).
3: Apply any antibiotc lotion (povidine iodine) or ointment.
If there is any pus/ blood discharge or its edges are red and inflammed the consult your doctor and get it removed. It is a very simple and safe surgery.
