Question about Tenuate and Adipex?

Question 1
Question about Tenuate and Adipex?...  Last year I started on Adipex because I was really heavy and on the verge of diabetes. The dr. recommended the adipex for that reason. I took it and was successful for over a year now. However, upon returning this year for my 6 month check up I have gained 10 or so pounds. He put me back on Adipex (I have not taken it since last May), but after 2 months I actually gained more weight. So this time he gave me Tenuate. After reading some about this medication even though it is older I am worried about it. Can anyone tell me good/bad that they have had with this medication? I know it is unhealthy to rely on medication soley so that is not my purpose. I do exercise regular and watch calories, but sometimes it is just not enough. (we all have bad times...stress, etc.) I have taken the Tenuate for 2 days now and I am nervous of long term effects because of what I have read....especially from the UK!! I have not shown any sign of heart disease, or any other health problems since the weight lose.

Question 2
Acne scarring?? Please help.?...  I used to have pimples and I have gotten rid of them I guess it was just a stage I went through from when I was 12-15 but now I'm 16 and I have these spots on my face I guess from where the acne used to be, but they are just flat so that when I wear foundation you can't even tell because the red is covered up. I'm guesseing they are acne scars or bruising or something I have no idea. But I really hate wearing foundation and if I could just get rid of whatever this is I wouldn't have to. Do u know what they are and how to make them dissapear? It's not alot, just a little bit just below my cheeks.

4)   probably just scaring which will go in time i used to get it too but now in 23 and i have clear skin (at one point i had real bad acne) until then if you dont like to use foundation you could try a tinted moisturiser in place of your regular one (if your skin is oily you should still be able to get one for oily skin) or even better a colour corrector lotion. Its a cream you put on your skin which is tined green and is specifically designed to take out redness and minimise the appearance of this kind of scaring. Question 4
I have a painful lump in the left side of my neck. What is it?...  Painful to swallow. And to the touch. Had it for about 3 weeks now.

2)   Most likely a swollen lymph nodes from infection or virus.

Cancerous lymph nodes rarley start out painful, espeically on the neck. If there is pain involved, its probably just a node doing its job. They can sometimes take a while to get back to normal, espeically if the lymph node is touched a lot.

If it continues to get bigger, or stays painful and doesnt get smaller anytime soon, you should have it checked out and I would go see a ENT doctor since they have experience in that area. - iceman

3)   Did you eat any fish with borne or when you slept last did you place your head properly on the pillow those are the things i think it could cause it. - Tune
