Fast acne treatment?!?

Fast acne treatment?!?...  Im seeing someone really special tonight and i have a few pimples and acne on my face! I want to get rid of it NOW. Is there any remedies or creams or anything that works really fast. It can be temporary, but i really need it by tonight.

2)Apply undiluted lemon juice, two to three times a day, on the affected areas.

what is the best moisturizer for oily/acne prone skin?...  i have oily skin, but my face tends to be a bit dry because of all the acne products i've been using. but now i only have a few blemishes, like one or two. but i have acne scarring on my cheeks.

Please Help Me Cervical Cancer?...  hi im a male and my friend has cervical cancer and i was wondering if you can still get pregnant without having your cervicix and if you could have a normal pregnancy? thak you for your help.

2)   no you cant have a pregnancy if you dont have a cervix. the cervix is what holds the baby inside the uterus. if they have to do a hysterectomy, they will remove uterus and cervix. but they may not have to do that tho. they may just be able to do chemo and or radiation if caught early enough. - nursek

CT Scan causes cancer?...  I got my first and last ctscan at a very high dose(as shop was new,doctor was not available so technician did that),they didnt cover my eyes.More worst due to lack of knowledge i didnt able to know that eyes should be covered,what are doses etc.
Now i cant go back,still i want to know what are my chances of gettng cancer,or losing my eyes.

Reports were normal.i had scan of brain.As i was having pain in head since 2 months.
