Im trying to fix the problem before hand not deal with it when it is on my face. Any one have good results from diet changes?

Answers
1)   of course S...
healthy diet n proper xercise has a lot t do wit ur skin..
get a regular slep, drink plenty o water, eat healthy on time..
gud luck =) - cutie pie

2)   I have tried every diet under the sun but nothing worked as effectively as colon cleanse. I realize they say that pills don't work, however they sure worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial on currently at http://dequls.mykeepfitpro.info , give it a try, what's the worst that could happen? - Casey

3)   I also used to suffer from acne on my face and I found that having a healthy diet did not really affect it.
the factors which did affect it were drinking alcohol and consuming dairy products. I saw my doctor and was put on a course of anti biotics which were called oxytetracyclin, these are part of the tetracyclin family, which all work well. They cleared the majority of it up and the rest i used Freederm gel for, which also helps to reduce spots.
Avoiding dairy, mainly higher fat content is recommended but there is no direct link between acne and diet. Eating alot of foods containing Vitamin C helps, as it is an anti-oxidant. - Joe

4)   Yes! If you eat healthy, your face will clear up A LOT. You just have to stop eating things that have a lot of oil. Example: If you like fried bacon make it in the oven, and forget about chocolate for months. =D - Lucie

5)   Your body will try to get rid of toxins a number of ways IE: sweating, tonsils and acne. so yes if you eat healthy it should go away. don't go to doctors for things like acne because they get paid by what you go and by at the pharmacy. so they not going to tell you that pineapple and vitamin e can rid you of it forever. if your allergic to pineapple try pomegranate it will help too. along with those blueberries.
:the vitamin e only works it directly applied.
p.s not touching your face often helps as well! - holderheck

Question 2
Why do I have a hard, swollen stomach 24/7?...  Used to have a flat belly but now however even if I don't eat at night I wake up with this "lump" making me look at least 3 months pregnant. When lying flat I can observe a lump sticking out at the left side of my stomach - it's hard as a blown up rubber ball - I'm otherwise perfectly healty?

1)   hernia - jeffrey g

2)   See a doctor, that's not normal. :S - Callum P

3)   Get yourself checked by a doctor. - Meetu

4)   I wouldn't definitely go see a doctor about this. I know a girl that had a similar problem. She found out that she was allergic to gluten. That means she can't eat any bread, pasta, and stuff like that. - just me

5)   Could be a fibroid cyst,(If it is below the belly button) and growing like mad if it is sticking up that high. If your mother had it, then you will have them. It is hereditary. Go see a GYN, if not a doc too. - Art-U-BZ

Question 3
How to get rid of acne?...  I have spots/acne, like little red ones on my cheeks and they're so annoying! I've tried almost everything, what else could I virtually try that works? I also have acne scars on my face, nothing serious I just want smooth skin.

Answers
1)   Proactiv actually works REALLY WELL!!! Try it! - SillySally

2)   You should use accutane, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://prof8.notlong.com/5AAXBx8 - Numbers

3)   ive had trouble with acne before and i eventually went to my dermatologist..but wht they gave me didnt work either..then my friend gave me clean and clear deep action cleanser..and within 2 days my face started looking better and ive been using it for a couple weeks now and i love it..its clearing my face up! u should try it.(: - *I <3 Damon*

4)   Take some bacon grease and smear it all over your face. It worked for me. - Zach

5)   You can make an appointment with a dermatologist and get on a low dose of accutane. Over a 5 month period your skin will be completely smooth by the end of the treatment. Lower doses of accutane work effectively for mild acne that hasn't responded to other medications. When your acne is leaving your skin with horrible scars, it's time to treat it with a product stronger than something over-the-counter. Accutane is the only acne medication on the market right now that is considered a "cure," or the closest thing to a cure.

Hope this helps :) - Remy

Question 4
does this sound like asthma to you?...  This started a couple months ago. Every once in a while I will go into a "coughing fit" so to say. I have an urge to cough and it lasts for about an hour sometimes more sometimes less and along with that I can hear myself "wheeze" at the end of my breathing in and out and I can even feel it in my chest if I pay attention closely. I do have my own stethoscope and I can hear it so I know I'm not crazy. The cough is mostly just an annoying hacking/dry cough. So does this sound like asthma?? I just can't see why it would start now. I am 24yrs old. Non Smoker, Non Drinker. I have 2 kids and one has recently been diagnosed with asthma. I am overweight and I have high blood pressure....Asthma?? and what would play a factor in it starting now? thanx!!!

1)   Hello, I'm a doctor. Use singulair. I think that you want to get more info about it. Please go to ----> http://prof9.notlong.com/6AA3BsL - Fumiko

2)   It could be asthma. And you could be stressed, which could trigger an attack. Maybe you've always had it. Or, maybe you've developed it over a long period of time. Do you live in a city, or other place with alot of air pollution? That could cause asthma. Go see your doctor, you don't want to risk an asthma-related death if you're only 24 and have 2 kids. Think how traumatic that would be to them! Go take responsibility for your health, and find out if you have asthma before a medical examiner does. - prettydancer94

3)   This is really a question for your GP. I had these symptoms and I was diagnosed with asthma. I was 25 when I was diagnosed with asthma. I am also a non-smoker and non-drinker. I am also a runner and keep fit. Asthma is an umbrella term for a lung disease that affects your airways. Adult-on-set asthma is actually fairly common.

See your GP if you are worried. Asthma is a serious disease. So if it were asthma, you'd be best off knowing.

Good luck! x - Elmmy

4)   I learned a couple of weeks ago that excess weight is not constantly thanks to excess body fat, a lot of extra weight is simply sitting around in your pipes. I tried a new diet supplement that's taking the nation by storm, it flushes out your pipes. I don't comprehend how it does it, but I comprehend that I lost seventeen lbs and four inches from my waistline! There's a risk free trial at http://bilops.bestenergydiet.info - Amari

5)   Cough and wheezes, sounds like asthma. Factors would be a family history (ask your parents and grandparents) atopy or a certain exposure to an allergen in which you have newly encountered. - JoE/Jon

Question 5
i dipped for 7 months and now im paranoid..help?...  i am 18 and i used dipping tobacco for around 7months, for the first 2 months i used a can about every 2 to 4 days, then after 3 months i started using more quicker and i began using a can a day sometimes a can and a half in a day. I quit 4 weeks ago from seeing mouth cancer online and getting freaked out, but now im really paranoid about getting it, ive been told that i cant get it from dipping for such a short period of time and that it is highly unlikely for me to get it and stuff, help me out give some answers please..thanks

Answers
1)   You may have increased your odds, but only by a very, very small amount. Oral cancer is extremely rare in people under 40, ussualy its people that have smoked or dipped for many years that get oral cancer. - iceman

2)   you can get lung cancer or other problems by just breathing in pollution, but you never think about it.

to ease the paranoia, just look at it this way. dipping for a few months can't possibly be as bad a breathing in a whole life time of city pollution. - get2dachoppa

3)   Well i have been dipping for about 3 years and as long as you keep your mouth clean when you take one out you wont get anything, i make sure i brush my teeth as soon as possible this helps lessen the chance of cancer. Also if you use mouth wash that tends to help as well, it keeps your mouth clean. Try to floss as well, all these things will lessen the chance. In the 3 years i have been doing it, my dentists have not said anything about my gums. So you can take this info and use it, or you can just forget ever talking again. - Mike
