How do you get acne scars away?...  I am having trouble with scars from acne. My acne has cleared up but the scars are still there. How do i make them go away?

1)   There are a lot of home remedies that you can look up online. You can also try a nature store for something with natural ingredients. I've always had good results with those. Or you could try the clinical stuff they sell at retail stores, but just be sure to first read reviews about them online. Some of them could give you permanent bad results, and nobody wants that. If you have the money, you could even see a dermatologist, but that's probably not necessary for scars.

2)   try mederma or scar zone. they have them in the medicine section usually.
but u have to use it daily. maybe more than once daily for it to actually to take affect. - Loli

3)   Try coconut butter! Works wonders for scars, and strech marks.
You could try bio oil, but it cost more.

1)   Wash your face everyday and put a little pimple cream / alcohol on them.but DO NOT PICK AT THEM! - Savanah

3)   wash your face with cold water, it helps open up your pores. if you use any sort of facial cleanser then use that and rinse with cold water again and pat dry. if you don't use a facial cleanser then apply moisturizer. if you don't use that either~ just wash your face cold everyday. - 愛✌

Take a washcloth and soak it in hot/warm water. Hold it against your face for a long amount of time. If you have experience popping blackheads do it ONLY after using the hot washcloth. If you do not know how to pop them without irritation or bleeding then do not attempt it. - Random

HOW LONG TO WILL IT TAKE FOR SWELLING TO GO DOWN FROM ALLERGIC REACTION?...  I JUST BOUGHT THIS LOREAL LIQUID EYELINER. AND IM REAL SENSATIVE. I GOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION.MY LOWER EYE LID IS SWOLLEN.WHEN I NOTICED IT WAS SWOLLEN I WASHED IT ALL OFF IMMEDITLY.HOW LONG WILL THE SWELLING STAY?

1)   Allergic reactions vary from person to person in terms of severity. It's hard to say how long it will take the swelling to go down. Try putting ice on it, that might help reduce the swelling. - Angelia

2)   Be sure to wash it off with eye make up remover to get it all. Ya know what? Any other part of the body I'd say wait it out. But you only have one set of eyes and boy can they be sensitive. I'd go to the doc. In the mean time, take an anti-histamine orally (Benadryl) as long as you're not allergic to it. Don't use anything topical. It could get in your eye.

Swelling can take a long time to go down. I had allergy testing on new year's eve and my arms are still swollen. really sooks.

You can use cold compress to decrease the swelling.

Is this healthy for me?...  My recommended daily intake of total fat are:

580-810 calories (Total fat)
160 calories (Saturated fat)
20 calories ( Trans fat)

I just ate a bag of chips that contains 130 calories and 1.5 grams of saturate fat. There was 0% cholesterol or trans fat.

My physician recommends that I reduce saturated fat intake to less than 7% of total calories. So after what I'd just ate, did that exceed my limit?
