Question 1
Hi, I have a milky discharge from penis and the head is itchy, however it does NOT burn when I urinate.?...  Any ideas? And please don't say "go to a doctor" as I have already considered that :)

1)   Sounds like a case of blue balls. - John B

2)   Gross man. Go to web md or something - bricksitty

3)   overmasturbative disorder,or just puberty - vivek v

4)   It's possible it could be an STD. Have you had unprotected sex lately? Are you having any sort of bumps/lesions? - Master Anubis

5)   Sorry - "got to a doctor" is the ONLY valid advice here - do you want to permanently damage your penis or your fertility? Go ASAP! - Dj

6)   Any time you have itchiness and an unusual discharge, hate to say it but you probably do need to see a doctor. It sounds as if you have an infection, and the doctor can not only diagnose you but can also prescribe antibiotics or antivirals, depending which infection you have. If you are sexually active, and get diagnosed with an STD, please inform your partner(s) asap so that they can be tested/treated as well.
I know that's what you want to hear, but it sounds like either a bacterial or viral infection that more than likely will not clear up on its own without medical intervention.
Best of luck to you. - LilBit

7)   well if you already considered the doctor go to them. duh - Monica

8)   Any kind of discharge that isn't sperm or urine from the penis isn't good news I reckon. Better get it seen to. If you're embarrassed about talking to your doctor have a think what's worse, going to the doctor or having your penis drop off and living life without a penis and not being able to have children. Chances are the doctor won't ask to see it and will just prescribe you something. - benpaton

Question 2
what causes head rushes?...  sometimes when i stand up u get really dizzy and it feels like the room is closing in one me i got one so bad yesterday i couldnt see any more and dropped a glass cuze i felt like i couldnt hold on to it anymore im 16 should i be worried?

Answers
1)   It's an inner ear disorder referred to as BPPV - have your chiro or physician use the Epley Maneuver to stop the spins. I have it - plus Meniere's Syndrome - and it's the only thing, beside living on AntiVert, that works. - SUZI S

2)   The symptoms of a head rush arise from the brief, but rapid fall in blood pressure. When in a sitting or squatting position, blood can pool in the feet and ankles. When moving from a sitting to a standing position quickly, the body may not adjust quickly enough to the reduced blood volume and the result can be a brief sensation of lightheadedness and dizziness. Although a head rush can occur in a normal person on occasion, especially in warm weather or immediately after eating, if it happens frequently it can indicate a medical problem. - Slyvia

3)   don't worry it's just your brain connections telling your eyes to go weird, just rest 4 a bit after that happens hun x - lady mimi

4)   It is usally low blood pressure from sitting or relaxing. It is called orthostatic hypotension. Nothing really to be concerned about unless you pass out and hurt yourself. I used to have it when I was in my teen, I still have it now but not as much as then. If you are really worried see your doc. You may also be anemic. - studentnurse

Question 3
why do pickles make my skin itchy? When they never have ...?...

Answers
1)   It could be that you switched brands, or that you have just developed an allergy, or something else that you ate around the same time could be bothering you, or if they are too old. - Noelle

2)   don't eat em lol - sar

3)   U could have developed an allergy...that happened to my 10 years old with ketchup. He has always ate it never any problems till about a month and a half ago. He started getting itchy then after a few days he would eat it again and get hives over his whole body. Try making sure it IS the pickles, try eating them alone without having ate anything else...see if it happens. My sons reactions went away on there own. If it does persist to hives get to the emergency room..cuz it could become life threatening....good luck - Cassie mother of 5

4)   It can be that you are allergic to it. I'm allergic to a couple of things I wasn't allergic to. It can be permanent or temporary. - Alexandra

Question 4
Pimple-like bumps on my vagina?...  Actually, they are pimple-like things on my vulva. It is not an STD because I have not been sexually active at all, so that is out of the question. They come every three weeks to a month, so I don't get them too often. When I do though, they pop like a pimple. I shaved over the summer for the first time, and it resulted in my getting bad razor burn so I haven't done it since, because it is honestly not necessary to do in the winter for me. Depending on where they are, it varies in pain. Should I shave to make these go away, or what should I do? Are they pimples? Should I be concerned? Please, mature answers only. I am just really curious! Thanks in advance!

Answers
1)   If you are young then it is probably normal. I think it is either the hormonal changes of puberty or maybe dryness/irritation from kotex pads and/or tampons (maybe something they treat them with) or maybe from laundry detergent or bleach used when washing underwear. It goes away as you get older. - sunflowers

2)   Honestly I would make an appointment with ur gynecologist...they r ur safest bet. - Cassie mother of 5

3)   More than likely pimples or ingrown hairs. Did they start after you shaved for the first time? If so, i wouldn't worry about it. If they cause you pain or begin to look more like an infection rather than a pimple then I would go see the gyn. - Physics Ugg!

1)   It depends. It depends whether the disease gets worse, it may be worse. If it is not, Then the result will be better. - Slyvia

2)   Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease weakens the respiratory system, usually with a bad cough and difficulty breathing. Keeping a portable respirator in the house can help when symptoms occur. You don't have to die from it - my ex-husband has had it for years. Stay away from people with colds, flu, etc. if possible, because the infection will increase the pulmonary problems. Good luck - eventually we all die, but if handled properly, people can live for years with COPD. - SUZI S

3)   Yes, COPD can kill you, slowly. The progressive lung damage eventually leads to low oxygen levels in your body that put a strain on your heart and vascular system leading to death from heart failure or infection. The most important thing that your friend's wife must do is quit smoking, if she hasn't already. Depending on the severity of her disease, they may be able to alleviate her symptoms with surgery to remove some of the damaged lung tissue or even do a lung transplant. - Amber
