What STD could I possibly have?

Question 1
What STD could I possibly have?...  I get white painless bumps on my penis. They last for about 3 weeks at a time, then eventually I can just pick them off. My penis doesn't get fully hard. My girlfriend has been getting frequent nausea and headaches. After we have unprotected sex, she gets a yellowish, thick discharge for about a week after.

If you can't pin point it exactly, could you tell me some possibility's?

Also, I just turned 18 and my health insurance dropped. Are there free clinics around where I can just walk in, get tested and leave, without any pay?

Thanks alot!

Answers
1)   you have the plague - Jdaily420

2)   You deserve to get an STD then if you have unprotected sex and talk about it like that! Geez! - Callum P

3)   Not too sure about ur GF, but it deff sounds like u have gential warts to me, as u can pick them off......U both need to see a doctor. Just google "free clinics.....ur area" ur area=where u live. Ur both young and healthy, if u guys dont take care of this now trust me when u get older u will regret it big time. Good luck! - hOtliLviX

4)   Your girlfriend sees bumps on your penis and still has unprotected sex with you? She's going to be on here in the "Do you think I'm pregnant?" section next. Human's have screwed up our own evolution. We are all doomed. - Tanya

5)   I am not a doctor so go get those bumps checked out and take the girlfriend with you. As for free clinics look in your local phone book for the nearest County Health Department (if you live in a bigger county they will have more services than smaller ones) but you can get tested for STD's there for a small fee. They will also talk about safe sex and probably give you a condom goody bag. - Mcburger

Question 3
Continued headaches...should I seek medical attention?...  A week ago, I fell a couple of times on my snowboard, the last time I fell I hit my head pretty hard. I didn't have any dizzyness or confusion or even a lump on my head. About 24 hours later, I got the worst headache of my life and threw up due to pain. I've been getting headaches off and on for the last week and have been unable to sleep well. Could this be related? Should I seek medical attention or is this typical of a mild concussion?

Answers
1)   see a doc asap. you might have an inter cranial bleed. this can kill. - David

2)   Check up time. It can be a mild concussion. More worse case senario, repeated trauma can produce something called acute subarachnoid hemorrhage....it when little tiny blood vessels that line the membrane of the brain within the skull ruptures and bleeds out. In mild cases it's monitored but in some cases they drain it and monitor. It can be fatal if it's serious enough (usually these cases go downhill fast so you probably wouldn't be asking yahoo at that point). At the very least it sound like you have a concussion.

You have vision problems from time to time too? Blurriness....problem focusing? You probably do.
Be safe and get it checked. - SiKnTired

3)   You need to have medical attention. Especially since it's been a week since you fell and hit your head. There have been stories in the news of people who have been skiing, with falls and hitting their heads and ended up with bleeding in the brain. One of those people was actress Natasha Richardson and she ended up dying.
You probably just have a concussion, but you won't know if it's something a lot more serious until you get it checked out. Call your doctor or go to an Urgent Care or ER TODAY! - VCL

4)   Please see a doc asap. Makes it the more urgent since it looks like they were triggered by the fall. - luvurhealth

4)   Most mouth sores are cold sores (also called fever blisters), canker sores, or other irritation caused by:

Biting your cheek, tongue, or lip
Chewing tobacco
Braces
A sharp or broken tooth or poorly fitting dentures
Burning your mouth from hot food or drinks
Cold sores are caused by herpes simplex virus and are very contagious. Usually, you have tenderness, tingling, or burning before the actual sore appears. Herpes sores usually begin as blisters and then crust over.

The herpes virus can reside in your body for years, appearing as a mouth sore only when something provokes it. Such circumstances may include another illness, especially if there is a fever, stress, hormonal changes (such as menstruation), and sun exposure.

Canker sores are NOT contagious and can appear as a single pale or yellow ulcer with a red outer ring, or as a cluster of such lesions. The cause of canker sores is not entirely clear, but may be related to:

A virus
A temporary weakness in your immune system (for example, from cold or flu)
Hormonal changes
Mechanical irritation
Stress
Low levels of vitamin B12 or folate
For unknown reasons, women seem to get canker sores more often than men. This may be related to hormonal changes.

Less commonly, mouth sores can be a sign of an underlying illness, tumor, or reaction to a medication. Such potential illnesses can be grouped into several broad categories:

Infection (such as hand-foot-mouth syndrome)
Autoimmune diseases (including systemic lupus erythematosus)
Bleeding disorders
Malignancy (cancer)
Immunosuppression (that is, when your immune system is weakened -- for example, if you have AIDS or are receiving medication after a transplant).
Drugs that may cause mouth sores include chemotherapeutic agents for cancer, aspirin, barbiturates (used for insomnia), gold (used for rheumatoid arthritis), penicillin, phenytoin (used for seizures), streptomycin, or sulfonamides.

Home Care
Mouth sores generally last 10 to 14 days, even if you don't do anything. They sometimes last up to 6 weeks. The following steps can make you feel better:

Gargle with cool water or eat popsicles. This is particularly helpful if you have a mouth burn.
Avoid hot beverages and foods, spicy and salty foods, and citrus.
Take pain relievers like acetaminophen.
For canker sores:

Rinse with salt water.
Apply a thin paste of baking soda and water.
Mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide with 1 part water and apply this mixture to the lesions using a cotton swab.
For more severe cases, treatments include fluocinonide gel (Lidex), the anti-inflammatory amlexanox paste (Aphthasol), or chlorhexidine gluconate (Periden) mouthwash.
Nonprescription preparations, like Orabase, can protect a sore inside the lip and on the gums. Blistex or Campho-Phenique may provide some relief of canker sores and fever blisters, especially if applied when the sore initially appears.

Additional steps that may help cold sores or fever blisters:

Apply ice to the lesion.
Take L-lysine tablets.
Anti-viral medications for herpes lesions of the mouth may be recommended by your doctor. Some experts feel that they shorten the time that the blisters are present, while others claim that these drugs make no difference.

When to Contact a Medical Professional
Call your doctor if:

The sore begins soon after you start a new medication
You have large white patches on the roof of your mouth or your tongue (this may be thrush or another type of lesion)
Your mouth sore lasts longer than 2 weeks
You are immunocompromised (for example, from HIV or cancer)
You have other symptoms like fever, skin rash, drooling, or difficulty swallowing - Mrs. Einstein
