1)   Stop drinking "sour" milk before you go to bed. - The End

2)   Eating the desired food is vital for your wellbeing. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it's not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss product, it's a superfood too. There is a risk free trial offered at http://galips.bestweightloss4u.info I have been using it for 2 weeks now and it is definately having an effect!! - Jazmine

3)   use listerine before you go to sleep and in the morning i find the cool mint one is the best for sore throats its Antiseptic & kills all the germs!

Question 3
How safe is this swine flu jab?...  Has it been tested enough or are we Guinea pigs?

Answers
1)   I don't know but I have to have it in the next couple of weeks because I am in a high risk group. I'll keep my fingers crossed. - Buddha

2)   It's been tested just as much as any flu vaccine. The principle is sound. There is a tiny danger of injury, but that risk is inherent in all medicines. - NeoNerd

3)   well idk. i didn't get the "jab" ....and by that, i'm guessing you mean vaccination..but yeah. i didn't the shot, and currently, my school is dropping students left and right due to that flu (not dying, just becoming infected with the germs), and I'M NOT SICK!!
WOOHOO!!!
i shall defeat the swine.
:D - Sarah

4)   Only people who have had the Swine Flu shot already know. It's a different composition than the original Swine Flu vaccines. My doctor tells me it's being given to the all the high risk groups first. Those working in healthcare facilities are near the top of the list. Very young, and eldery people are also in this group. I'm 44, and my doctor doesn't think it will affect me, since most in my age group don't seem to contract the virus like the 20s/30s crowd. But if you have any questions you should be asking a health care professional, to see how this flu vaccine has fared so far. Remember, it's new, so it's going to take time to see how people react to it and whether it really makes a difference. - TasselLady

5)   The CDC does not want blood on their hands. If they did not think it was safe they would not send it out to vaccinate the pregnant and young population. That would cause a serious problem for them...think about it.

I have had the flu mist and my children have had the injection. We are all doing fine no reactions or anything. - Bumblebee

Question 4
Do I have a mild case of the swine flu, or am I just the normal sick?...  I've had a really really really sore throat for a week and a half- but it doesn't have white spots. My nose in runny and I kind of feel dizzy, but not a lot. And finally i have a pretty bad cough. What is it that I have??
Well, my nose was runny yesterday- but today its kinda just clogged...
I'm just wondering because three of my friends have had swine flu and are all better now, but I was around them a lot before they got sick... I'm the last one to get sick in my lil group lol

Answers
1)   I was told that a runny nose is not the flu. So you are probably just suffering from a bad virus, but not the flu. Fever, coughing, body aches, fatigue, shortness of breath...those types of things are associated with the flu. - Cesaria Barbarossa

2)   no you dont i had it and felt way worse - jellyfish

3)   you don't get H1N1 mildly either you have it or you don't. Chances are you have Acute pharyngitis. It can result in very large tonsils which cause trouble swallowing and breathing. Some cases are accompanied by a cough or fever. Usually described as being a sore throat, It can also last several weeks. Can be treated with antibiotics and anti-fungals respectively. I cant explain your dizziness, but to be sure and safe go see your doctor.

But realistically don't overly worry about having the H1N1 virus. - BoomBastik

4)   from those symptoms.. it sounds like you have a cold.
if they worsen, and you get a fever with sore muscles, and the feeling of malaise you should see a doctor just to ensure you don't have the flu. (either h1n1 or influenza) - ashleywearsprada

Question 5
Yes or No: Do the flu vaccines really prevent you from getting the flu?...

Answers
1)   Not always!

But if you do catch the flu- it will not be as severe (Hopefully!)

They are not 100% (unfortunately) - Susiecat

2)   NO

Here why the flu shot actually gives you the flu but they give it to you for a reason it is because it make your immune system stronger so whenever you do get it your blood ceel and tcell say
"i have seen this before it will be easy to kil and get better within a week or to"
noy litterally say that

if you dont get it you will have the flu for a couple of week

glad i can help
bye bye tata peace out - jellyfish

3)   The flu vaccine gives your body the ability to fight the virus. You can still get the flu of course but the symptoms are supposed to be very mild and only last a short period of time. - Bumblebee

4)   It doesn't prevent you from getting the flu. But it lowers your chance of getting it. Also if you catch it, it most likely will not be as bad as it would have been without the vaccine.

I got the vaccine when I was 3 and I've never actually had the flu. Just stomach bugs. - allie
