How do you get rid of black heads?

Question 1
How do you get rid of black heads?...  I have these pores that when you squeeze them stuff comes out.
they are all over my nose. completely.
My mom says they are not blackheads cuz when i squeeze then black doesn't always come out.
They look like a bunch of black and whiteheads on my nose, chin, and between my eyebrows

If thats what they are how do you get rid of them? help please

2)   they are called blackheads because they are black on your skin.
You can buy black head scrubs at a store, and use it every day.
also buy acne pads to use several times each day, make sure to keep your face clean - lexischo

3)   ok here is how yu get rid of them:

first get a warm, damp rag and put it on your face.


Let it soak your face for about 5 min.

This will open up your pores.

Then just scrap the black stuff out with your finger nail.


Then wash your face.

4)   What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly blackheads.

6)   sounds like a black head to me, maybe you better keep your face clean after this, that might be the problem, dirt building up in your face - You may be right

8)   I suggest first try using Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Scrub. If this doesn't work, try the Nutrogena ling of products. Nutrogena is "stronger" than the Clean &Clear line and will get deep into your pores. However, Clean & Clear is gentler on skin. Also, Clean & Clear has a anti-acne spot treatment. Stinks a bit, so only use it at night but it will dry out the heads and clear your skin up in a couple days.

I would say look at prices, and have an open mind. Some products will work better than others due to your specific skin type.

More often than not, changing your pillow covers and sheets will help too. At night, your skin presses up against the fabric and if it already "soaked" in your body oil/dirt then your skin doesn't breathe and bacteria can back up.

Wash your face at night and in the morning if you are teen-25. If you are 25+, try to wash your face at night and remove all makeup/products etc. Only once, because as we get older our skin dries out (produces less oil really) and younger skin will "bounce back" quicker.

bloody nose wont stop?...  my 2 year old cousin has been sick for a couple days. he is having a bloody nose and it is not stopping he does get them often but what should i do

1)   How long has the same bloody nose been going on? but i suggest getting a cold washcloth with ice & holding it on the nose until the blood flow slows down. it should really help. - christine ♡

5)   Tilt the head forward so blood comes out instead of in. Put ice pack, bag, frozen veggies at the base of the neck by hair line. It should stop. - anna

6)   Don't have him hold his head back as this only allows the blood from his nose to go down his throat and it can (1) choke him, or (2) make him throw up. Believe it or not, have him gently blow his nose to free the blood clots and get the blood from this nose...then help him pinch his nose at the bridge...IF this still doesn't stop the bleeding, pinch his nose at the bridge AND apply ice to the area at the same time. Usually a bloody nose is brought on by dry nasal membranes...if it's something that happens a lot, his mom may want to take him to the pediatrician to have the blood vessels cauterized (doesn't hurt). 7)   I get them frequently and what i do is when i have the tissue in my nose i balance a penny on top of my forehead for 2 minutes and then check it. If it don't stop there is a clot in his nose kinda like a big booger but big and red. Put a white doctor glove on and reach up for it or try and blow it out it may hurt but that's usually how i do it, if the penny don't work. Good luck and hope it stops. - Sheppard9s

Question 4
Doctors: Ever had or heard of a case that had all or most of these symptoms?...  A teenage girl that had cat scratch disease, toxoplamosis, cat bites and scratches, and/or was so obsessed with cats that she swallowed cat themed items and than puked it back up so that she would not have to pay for it. Ever heard of a case like this?

What to do with these symptoms?...  My mom had a cold that started on friday, and my sister had a cold that started friday too. My mom is a lot better today, and my sister now has diarrhea and almost threw up, which I think may have been because she was coughing so much. We think she has the 24 hour flu. Today my dad and I woke up kinda sick, he think he has the 24 hour flu too.
My symptoms are:
coughing (it was only in the morning and noon, but now I'm not coughing that much)
chills
headache
nausea (I ate)


I have been drinking lots of fluids, such as water and orange juice. I have been resting. Should I take medicine, and if so which kind. I'm going to take it before I go to bed.

1)   Sounds like swine flu if your Dad caught it within 2 days, that's much shorter than the incubation period for the "regular" influenza A virus.

Stay away.

I've had a cold for the past week but no symptoms of the flu (fever, vomiting, diarrhea). If you catch the swine flu from your pops, try to get some Tamiflu from the doc to prevent deadly complications. - coloradygrl

2)   sounds like the flu, take something for the fever and drink lots of liquids. If you or any of your family develops breathing problems, immediately go to the hospital! That Swine flu doesn't play around. - warrenjudew

3)   I would call the doctor's office and describe the symptoms to them. They will let you know what you need to do. It may be the flu and a simple nasal swab will tell.
