I havent tried one but it said go for a long run that makes you sweat like crazy then take a freezing cold shower so it shocks your sweat glands and go to sleep. Question 2
Tiny pimples all over face, any suggestions?...  I usually have pretty clear skin, but around my period I get really bad congregations of lots of black heads and little tiny pimples on certain areas of my face. They aren't bad, but extremellyy annoying and definitely noticeable even under makeup because most of them are raised. Does anyone know any tips or tricks to get rid of these?

Answers
1)   dermatologist - snowbison

3)   I usually buy Stridex alcohol pads. They seem to work fairly quickly on pimples. Also, Biore cleansing strips gets rid of some of the blackheads, but the really stubborn ones usually have to be taken out manually. I go over the section with a wet (warm) face cloth, in order to widen the pores. Then, with either tweezers of your fingers, you have to squeeze them out using a push-squeeze method.
If it continues to be a major concern, you may consider going to a dermatologist who can recommend professional treatments. Hope this helped. - spidergirl

4)   If you haven't already, you could try a face wash with benzoyl peroxide, like the clean and clear continuous control bottle (what i use). for some people, this works better than just salicylic acid alone.

Another possibility. It might just be a hormonal breakout kind of thing... in which case, you might want to see a dermatologist about what you could do [I'm no expert!].
Getting on the pill might help too, to regulate hormones and prevent breakouts at that time of the month.

best of luck!
Jessa - Jessa =)

5)   Oh, I have the same problem. I get them on my forehead. You should get an exfoliating face scrub, that's gentle enough for everyday use, and use it. Or, if you have baking soda at home, use that with your face wash now, it's great as an exfoliant. I'd suggest using anything from Neutrogena, my dermatologist told me that's the closest thing to professional use and it works the best. If you purchase something other than Neutrogena, make sure you get a face scrub that does NOT have any type of nut/seed particles in it, like Apricot Scrub, because they particles with actually make tiny cuts and tears in your skin and can cause infection and/or more acne problems. Also, you can purchase a toner to use after cleansing your face, like SeaBreeze or something from Neutrogena. It helps closes the pores after they're opened in the shower, so that no excess dirt goes into them and makes them bigger. You also use that if you extract a blackhead yourself. It will sting a little if you use it after you extract something, but it's not bad and it goes away after a couple seconds. Good Luck!! - ♥TeenieWoo♥

Question 3
How to prevent sweating like crazy?...  Everyday at school during lunch, my friends and i sit outside to eat. My friends and I always run around and do stupid things and it's really hot outside cuz TX is always hot. So whenever I start to sweat, I keep sweating like crazy until I find like a cool breeze of air, and then I stop sweating in like seconds. So I want to keep sitting outside, but I can't seem to quit sweating from my face and back and neck everytime and it's embarrassing, because none of my friends are sweating.

So how do I stop sweating so much? And why? Is it something I'm eating...or what? And I'm not even that fat! I have a pretty good figure, I guess. A little chubbier than the "perfect" figure, but whatever. I play sports a lot, and I sweat there too. But no one else freaking is!! I dont want to be known as the sweaty chick the rest of my life, so help?
