i have a bump on my face and im freaking out!!!!!!!!??...  a few days ago, i had a sore spot below my nostril. now, i have a white bump the size of a tiny tiny pea there. its not a zit, cuz i cant see any openeing. and it hurts like hell whenever someone touches it. and, its hard. what is it??

and is it cancer (ok, im overreacting)?

11)   It probably is actually a zit. There is a certain type of zit that forms underneath the skin and doesn't look like other zits. They're really painful and you can't pop them. If you want to get rid of it, which i'm sure you do, pour some warm water with a lot of salt in the water in a cup till all of the salt dissolves (stir it). Once this is done, get a cotton ball and soak it in the salt water for 30 seconds. next, put the cotton ball on the zit9it might take a couple of cotton balls) This will dissolve the white head. afterwords, put honey on it( not joking it does help) and leave it on for awhile and it will help heal it
